Dear Dawnice Nigeria Limited,

We write concerning the solar project carried out at Dominica College, which was recently featured in a video posted on your official page.

In the said video, your company claimed to have executed the solar installation at the site. This claim is inaccurate and misleading. The complete solar installation at Dominica College was carried out by DTN Engineering. Your company’s involvement was limited solely to the supply of products purchased by us; no installation work was executed by your team.

Presenting the project as your installation constitutes a misrepresentation of facts and an infringement on our professional work. This has the potential to mislead the public and harm our company’s reputation.

We have made efforts to resolve this matter amicably by contacting your office and speaking with a member of your customer service team; however, no corrective action has been taken so far.

We therefore formally request that within 24 hours of receipt of this letter, you:

Remove the said post/video from all your platforms, and

Publish a public apology and clarification acknowledging that the installation was carried out by DTN Engineering.

Should this matter remain unresolved after the stated period, we will be compelled to pursue further actions to protect our professional interests.

We trust this issue will be addressed promptly and professionally.
