When we decided to rebuild Induedge for deaf people, many people did not fully understand the vision. But moments like this remind us why this work matters so much.

We have identified 2 participants who stood out exceptionally in the Social media management Track for their dedication, growth, consistency, and performance.

Watching them learn, grow, communicate, collaborate, and deliver has been a powerful reminder that disability is truly not inability.

The ability has always been there.
What many people need is access, opportunity, mentorship, and an environment designed for them to thrive.

This partnership is focused on empowering members of the association with digital and workplace skills that will boost their employability and open doors to meaningful opportunities.

Last week , we onboarded 35 incredible individuals with Hearing and Speech impairment to our PWD Workplace Readiness and Social Media Marketing training.
