JOB TITLE: Barbecue Chef (Fish & Chicken Specialist)

LOCATION: Iyana-Ipaja & Dopemu

Promax Cafe is seeking a skilled and passionate Barbecue Chef who specializes in grilling fish and chicken. The ideal candidate must know how to season, marinate, and grill meat to perfection, maintain food quality and hygiene, and deliver exceptional taste every time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Season, marinate, and grill fish and chicken to meet Promax Cafe standards.
- Monitor grill temperature and cooking time to ensure proper doneness.
- Maintain cleanliness of the grill area and cooking tools.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Manage inventory of barbecue ingredients and communicate when supplies are low.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations are followed.
- Assist with packaging of orders for takeaway.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a barbecue chef or grill cook (especially with fish and chicken).
- Knowledge of grilling techniques, seasoning, and marination.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak hours.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle heat.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable, clean, and organized.
