ByteBot Technologies is recruiting a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor for a reputable water company based in Jalingo, Taraba State. We are looking for a motivated individual who can manage and oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain quality control and manage production schedules.
- Supervise and train production staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
