Rainy day it was.... helluva storm and traffic🤦. Getting to the registry at Ayobo before 8am from Surulere was another story entirely. But we're grateful still.

Eventually, God made it possible. The dates were originally 04/04/20, then Coro came and almost set us off balance. But what the heck, God gave us victory at last 🍾💃🏾🎊.
A lot of modifications and compliance with current standards because of the pandemic, but it all came through and our bride and her groom went home joyful😘

About a month ago celebrating .h our very own team lead. Two surprise parties at two different locations 😍🤩💃🏾😂😂. She was speechless and the look on her face was priceless 😁😁🤩😍🥰. She can be a bully when it comes to ensuring we deliver excellence🤭, but it's ever worth it. In this season when we all have to ensure and do our very best to keep our immune systems at top notch, a friend shared this image and I thought it would help someone if I shared too.
Tomatoes 😍🥰, personally I love eating them fresh, my roomies used to call me a vegetarian back then in school. I would also throw a few into my smoothies 😁🥰. (Did I hear someone say 'eewwww'😜)😅😅. You'll get used to the taste as you grow in the tomato eating game😎.
The Roma and Grape species are the sweetest actually.....don't ask how I know🤭, I've tried them all😁.
They are very rich in nutrients, and contain 95% water. So if you're on a diet, this is a great snack. Tomatoes are not just for your stew or soups.
They are rich in natural vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin A, K, B1, B3, B5, B6, B7, and vitamin C. It also has folate, iron, potassium, magnesium, chromium, choline, zinc, and phosphorus. They are the major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene, which has been linked to many health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and cancer. Please note that even though Lycopene is good for you as a general rule, but it should not be taken in excessive amounts - experts recommend 22 mg per day (1 medium sized tomato or 7-Grape tomatoes).
