*INJUSTICE METED BY THE NFF DISPLINARY COMMITTEE"... Police machine baretta fc Gombe* part 1

In a stunning development, the NFF disciplinary committee is under fire after accusations of unjust rulings. Allegations of biased decisions have ignited controversy, with many questioning the fairness of the committee's actions.
In a contentious turn of events during the playoff match between Police machine baretta fc Gombe and Warinje FC Bauchi, lodged a protest accusing Warinje FC Bauchi of fielding an ineligible player.

Following the protest, the National League One (NLO) issued a directive giving Warinje FC Bauchi 24 hours to appeal. However, despite the allotted time, the Bauchi-based team failed to submit their appeal within the stipulated period, which led to punitive actions by the NLO.

Subsequently, it was revealed that the player in question had committed a serious infraction by double registering in the same league, prompting the NLO to impose fines on Warinje FC Bauchi and ban the player involved.

In response to these developments, Warinje FC Bauchi opted to escalate the matter to the higher authority of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) after bypassing the NLO's appeal process.

The NFF, upon reviewing the case, ruled in favor of Police machine baretta fc of Gombe faulting the NLO's handling of the situation.

As a consequence, the NFF awarded the points and a three-goal advantage to Police machine baretta Fc of Gombe effectively overturning the outcome of the playoff match in their favor.

This decision underscores the significance of fair play and adherence to league regulations, ensuring equitable competition within the Nigerian football landscape.

I got to know from my source that Warinje Officials were trying to obtain a forged letter of loan that doesn't exist in the Amateur league, our source have an audio record indicating that Warinje officials approached police machine baretta fc Gombe Coach to write a letter offering two million naira, but Police baretta fc of Gombe declined.

The Coach of Police machine baretta fc Gombe was approached through a Surbodinate PPRO Bauchi Command that i should please withdraw my protest so that we sit on a round table and be compensated which i declined the request" he added.

The player in question registered with Police machine Baretta fc of Gombe with the name Joseph Kemin (Date of Birth :25-04-2007) while with Warinje he registered with Deluxe fc of jos -the name GWAISAM.K. Joseph (Date of Birth: 25-05-2007).

"Warinje are the main culprit they induced a young corper in charge of registration with money to register the player who played against them already in the same season.
After checking all his registration. Irregularities marred everything yet they turned blind eye on this.

The Warinje Officials deceptively convinced the delegate of NLO who is a novice and convince him to register the player for them fully knowing well that the player had played against them yet in the same league in the same venue in same season" Our source.

With this it means that the Committee have encourage teams to continue deceiving NLO and getting their way as it portrays that legalizing illigitemacy in grass root football in Nigeria is not prohibited.

If the NFF would not review the case and punish offenders accordingly it would be a big shame Nigerian for such act of deception to be overlooked.

The Nigerian football federation's disciplinary committee has faced criticism for its perceived inaction against defaulters. Despite clear rules and expectations set forth to maintain fair play and sportsmanship, the committee's failure to effectively penalize offenders raises serious concerns.

This lack of accountability not only tarnishes the reputation of Nigerian football but also undermines the trust of fans and stakeholders.

It is imperative for the committee to uphold its responsibilities promptly and impartially to ensure that the integrity of the sport is preserved.

Name of Legal personal who passed this judgement would be mentioned in part 2....
