Job Vacancy – HR & Admin Officer

LULA RICE LIMITED, Gombe, is seeking a qualified and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our team.

Requirements:

A good Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class upper) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, or any related discipline.

Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration.

Good knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, employee relations, and office administration.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and perform effectively under pressure.

Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) will be an added advantage.

Qualified candidates with relevant experience should forward their CV for consideration.
