As a student baker, I only wanted to start baking for a pay when I'm done learning but something out of the plan happened one day that led to the creation of this beauty

One faithful morning i posted on my status one of my Boss work as usual then went offline, towards dusk I got a message from an old time friend asking if I have started doing bakery stuffs ,in response I said yes with that smile on my face so he was like wow hope you are coping so well with the work and all that
I was like yes thou it's not easy but we keep pushing

My guy started advising me as usual cause Richey doesn't get tired of telling me to keep pushing in order to grow bigger 😊😁.After all the advice guy man asked if I already know how to bake very well but calligraphy seems to be what I'm afraid of then he chuckled a smile and told me I can only get perfect by trying and persuasion of time.At this time I got well encouraged by him so as the convo was still on going i saw a group call by one of us Nello with Richey then the fun became more interesting cause three gist partners are on a matter 😂

After the conversation on the group call Richey asked me my price tag for a 6inches cake one layer that he wants to gift it to someone 😊 already know it's our chocomilo 😂😆 so I told him the price then told him I will give it to my Boss so she will do the work but dude said no that any how I do the calligraphy part he will take it and immediately he told me to send my details for payment oh chim 😢

I was excited but very much skeptical if our wife no like the deco, alot went through my mind what if the cake is not sweet, what if I don't get it right what if what if what if was a whole lot of thought on my mind. Truly I had sleepless night and got my self thinking heavily about the work

On the deal day to bake the cake omo early pi pi Richey came to my house, he was like I'm here to see you do it on your own, in his word he said Riri you can only get it better by trying thats when it was done on me I'm doing this work , immediately we swinged into action and started baking the cake fiam the cake is done and we waited for it to be cool so we can proceed with the decoration and calligraphy at this point Nelo came to laugh at me as she would always say 😂😭😢 Nelo is a drama queen as she will always tell me she is coming to laugh at my foolishness and this girl literally laughed through the deco process

After a while I mixed the icing sugar for sugar coating and started the deco Richey on the other side was eating cake crumbs waiting for the finish touch of the cake while Nelo will chear me up a bit and laugh when ever I make mistakes and when the cake combing is not coming out fine

At a point I got tired and started crying cause one part will be fine while another part won't be that smooth then Nelo got more emotional than me self wey dey do the work she came where I was sitting on the floor and held me so tight and she said Riri you can do it, you know if this whole process is easy it will be a child's play. Fine girl reminded me of our friendship slogan which says WE DONT QUIT UNTIL WE MAKE IT HAPPEN ,I WILL SHAKE THE WORLD WITH YOU, I WILL MOVE AROUND THE WORLD WITH YOU AND WE WILL PROSPER TOGETHER

After this affirmation I regained a little bit strength then waved a smile and continued with my work and this point I got it right to the extent you are seeing on the picture

When I was beading the cake Richey went to pick up chocomilo cause she has arrived Nsk and we where all happy to see after a long while before they could come back to my house I was already done and packaging the cake while Chocomilo went home with Richey me and Nelo stayed back to prepare and carry the cake to the venue where a surprise party was planned out by us 😁

Towards evening we got to the venue everywhere was filled with some of our old friends and Richeys works colleague we entered sat down and had fun then during the cake cutting I was scared of people's review about the cake but guess what it turned out to be a memorable one for me

After the cake cutting some of Richeys friend complemented and even gave me extra Cash as a support to my little brand
At this point I was filled with love, joy and a heart of gratitude to Richey for bringing me out to the stage of work .At the end of the party I shared my contact to those who where interested to patronize me and was the best for me
Just like they say May May bring us good things indeed may gave me one of the best customers and more open doors to my little begging as a baker

In life you just need a push either from friend or your self to get to the next stage
