Did you know?
In fertility age is a factor ?
It comes as no surprise that men and women differ when it comes to fertility. Healthy women, for instance, experience a peak in fertility at around 20 years of age. Around 27 years of age, fertility decreases before dropping dramatically around 37.
For healthy males, although s***m count and movement decline with age, there is no upper age cut-off that makes it impossible to impregnate. However, researchers at Bristol and Brunel Universities found that starting after age 35, after one year of trying, 15% of men were not able to impregnate their partners.

LOW S***M COUNT !
Low s***m count means that the fluid (semen) you ej*****te during an or**sm contains fewer s***m than normal.
A low s***m count is also called oligos***mia. A complete absence of s***m is called azoos***mia. Your s***m count is considered lower than normal if you have fewer than 15 million s***m per milliliter of semen.
Having a low s***m count decreases the odds that one of your s***m will fertilize your partner's egg, resulting in pregnancy. Nonetheless, many men who have a low s***m count are still able to father a child.
The main sign of low s***m count is the inability to conceive a child. There might be no other obvious signs or symptoms. Low s***m count symptoms might include; low s*x drive or difficulty maintaining an er****on (erectile dysfunction),pain, swelling or a lump in the testicle area, decreased facial or body hair or other signs of a chromosome or hormone abnormality.
The cause of low count include varicocele, infection, ej*******on problems, antibodies that attack s***m, tumors, Undescended testicles, hormone imbalances, defects of tubules that transport s***m, chromosome defects, prior surgeries, drug use, alcohol use, emotional stress. Severe or prolonged emotional stress, including stress about fertility, might interfere with hormones needed to produce s***m.
The management of low s***m count is basically managing the underlying cause.

CERVICAL MUCUS!
Cervical mucus is secreted by glands found in and around the cervix. Hormonal changes throughout a woman's reproductive cycle change the amount and consistency of this mucus. Cervical mucus may also be called cervical fluids.
The job of cervical mucus is to prevent things from entering the uterus through the cervix, to nourish and help transport s***m through the cervix into the uterus
Fertile cervical mucus is a clue that ovulation is coming. Your vaginal discharge is fertile when it resembles raw egg whites. This is the best time to have s*x if you want to get pregnant.
If what you find seems sticky, or findings are scant, you're probably not ovulating yet. Finds it creamy, ovulation may be coming, but not just yet and If what you find is wet, watery, and slightly stretchy, ovulation is very likely close. Find time for some baby-making s*x.
