Carbohydrates are basically energy giving foodsβ¦if you feel tired at work or while engaging in daily activities , carbohydrates is the fuel the body needs..
After you are done at the gym and you need to regain lost energy carbohydrate is what you needβ¦.
Instead of taking energy drinks π₯€,why not take natural GOD giving energy foodπβ¦..
Note:For competitive athlete youβd also need carbohydrate loading(storage of energy for performance).
