Well, good morning to all of you from the Sunshine State of Florida, where today it surely is living up to its name. Gods abundant blessings to all of you who have Gods gift and to those still seeking it in their lives. Here is “A” “Thought” for the day; “Looking forward to part 3”. Yes, in our continuing adventure within the scriptures and the heart of the one posting this; we continue in this topic of looking forward to.
We have covered briefly two of the things I look forward to each and every year. Communion, Resurrection Sunday and Pentecost. The three things within the word which bring us to the work needed for the availability, the surety of the availability and finally, the giving of what finally became available to each one who believes.
In the last “Thought”, we hit on “HE IS RISEN”, which we celebrate this coming Sunday. Now, I have been thinking about forgiveness in such a way that I see Gods forgiveness in His Sons obedience to His word and will. Jesus paid the price for our sins and the sin Adam committed which we could not confess away.
God raising him from the dead is Gods way of not just showing His love for us, but His forgiveness as well.
John 3: 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
We see this verse, and to many, this is all they think is needed to be saved. However, we have to note that Jesus was still alive here, talking; so, no shedding of blood has taken place yet.
Hebrews 9: 22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.
Matthew 26: 28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
Remission of sins is what became available on the day of Pentecost for all who became born again. It was not automatically given to anyone who is living it became available to anyone who is living and believes what Romans 10: 9 has to say. Confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised him from the dead.
Acts 2: 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized (not with water) every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Acts 10 43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.
Romans 3: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation (full payment) through faith (believing) in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Ephesians 1: 7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
HE IS RISEN, words to be shouted around the world by those who know for a surety that God did raise His Son from the dead. Speaking in tongues is the witness within that we have Gods gift which became available on the day of Pentecost. Gods love is laced with forgiveness to those whom He gave remission of sins to. His forgiveness continues in our lives after we become born again. 1 John 1: 9 declares this, that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins.
Romans 5: 8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
To be continued for sure God Bless.
Well, top of the morning to all of you from the Sunshine State where today it is raining but still full of the promises of God in Christ. Here is the “Thought” for the week; “looking forward to part 2”. I closed my last “Thought” with the verse from John 14. The verse that clearly shows that we are going to be able to do greater works that Jesus was able to do. Seems almost unfathomable when we look at the things God had him to do.
One thing Jesus knew, and we need to remember is this.
2 Corinthians 4: 7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
Jesus had spirit upon him, we as we see in this verse have it within us. However, no matter what we do according to what God gives us to do by way of the revelation manifestations and in action in the impartation manifestations; it is by way of the power of God and not of us.
Jesus took no glory or applause for anything he did when here on earth; it was all for his Father Gods glory. So, back to the thought at hand. We covered Communion and now we move into our next coming event ‘Resurrection Sunday”.
We know from working the word that Jesus actually was raised sometime before sunset on Saturday so that the three days and three nights would fit into the timeframe and promise God gave to His Son. He was not crucified on Friday but Wednesday. However, he was first seen early Sunday morning by Mary Magdalene.
When she came to the tomb, she saw the Angel and ran to tell the Apostles that Jesus was no longer in the grave. She did not fully conceive what the Angel told here about him being raised. Later, she saw someone in the garden and thought it was the gardener. It was when Jesus spoke her name that she knew it was her Master, her Lord.
In his resurrected body, Jesus did not deceive her by looking as something else, it says “she perceived him to be”. He was not walking around with farmer pants on. I recall a song we sing at that time of year; “He lives”. Yes, we serve a living Savior and he is in the world today. In every born again believer; because they have “Christ in them.
Colossians 1: 27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
We have so much to be thankful for. Not that Jesus had to die in order for us to be Redeemed, but that God is faithful to His promise. He raised Jesus from the dead. That is the crux of Christianity for he is the only one whom God raised from the dead to die no more. Just some verses for us to look at.
Matthew 28: 6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
Mark 16: 6 And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.
Luke 24: 5 And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? 6 He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee,
John 20: 15 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away. 16 Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master.
Just think of the time between those three days and nights. The sorrow, the anguish that his Disciples had to go through. Then to hear that “HE IS RISEN”. Confusion for sure to them, even though Jesus told them it was going to happen. He looked forward to it and we look forward to Celebrating it. HE HAS BEEN RAISED FROM THE DEAD. To be continued, God Bless.
God’s abounding blessings to all of you in that wonderful name of our big brother and Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. Here is “A” “Thought” for the day; “looking forward to”. With all that is going on in this crooked and perverse world, do we really have something to look forward to? Yes, quite the stupid question from someone who loves God, is born again and knows for a surety that he is heaven bound and nothing can stop him from going.
However, many people, even believers (from what I have seen posted at times), show that they have nothing to look forward to. Without direction, none of us have anything to move towards because we would not know which direction to move.
Jeremiah 10: 23 O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps.
Without God, we have no direction, without God, we have no instruction and without God we have no reason for being. I personally look forward to three things each year. Two are something to remind me of what I can surely expect for in the future (which could be just the next second in my life). The three things I look forward to are Communion, Resurrection Sunday and Pentecost.
Communion is a time to remember what my big brother did for me in his obedience and love to his Father God for all mankind. It has sadness within it in thinking about what he had to go through to accomplish our salvation. The prayer he spoke to his Father is just heart wrenching when we look at the anguish of heart he had to be able to move forward in his task set at his feet. However, we see from the word, his attitude towards the task. Looking beyond the result.
Hebrews 12: 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
There was no joy in the whips that tore his flesh away. There was no joy in the almost 40 hours of torture he went through and yet, we see that he had joy because he closed his eyes and breathed his last breath believing that God is faithful because he had the promise that God was going to raise him from the dead. He knew from reading the scriptures and also what his Father showed him he would have to endure just how bad it was going to be.
Psalms 129: 3 The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows.
Isaiah 52: 14 As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men:
He was not recognizable as a man after they beat him and dragged him out for public recognition. Pilate had to say, “behold the man”. He said take eat, this is my body which is broken for you. For our physical wholeness his body was broken. For our remission of sins, his blood was shed. Then, God raised him and the words “HE IS RISEN” echoed into the air. Something Jesus had to look forward to.
Then he spent another 40 days with his 12, teaching them many things so that they to had something to look forward to. He taught them about the how of receiving into manifestation the comforter to come. He told them what to do and he also told them what they would be able to do.
John 14: 12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
This “Thought” will continue into my “Thought” for the week. Having something to look forward to is what we have from God in Christ for us. See you in my next “Thought”. God Bless.

Jesus is Lord
You are living epistles and light in this evil world; therefore be careful on how you handle your lives, live for the Glory of God
The Holy Spirit did not come to establish denominations that are centered on half-truth but He came to lead us to all truth. The Lord Jesus Christ is truth that cannot be divided, half-truth is not truth at all. The fundamental characteristic of truth is its consistency, truth remains forever and can never be altered. Half-truth has led to lopsided Christianity but Christians that are open to the Movement of the Spirit will always experience ultimate freedom, they don't have to be controversial to justify lopsidedness. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there's always freedom!!
MARIA'S VISION OF THE RAPTURE
Translated from French by Arlene Cober,
There was a time in my life when my way passed through a dark valley of suffering and I was almost in the darkness of despair. Then the Lord opened (like) a little window into the invisible and I understood what is most important.
I caught a glimpse of those who are watching for the "take-off" at His coming. Just as the coming storm is hastening/pressing upon us; so also the bride of Christ is pressing toward the coming of her Heavenly Husband. In this vision, I saw one who was busy doing - sorting/choosing on earth. That which counts is not the confession of the lips only, nor the appearances of piety, nor even the work accomplished in the Kingdom of God, but the secret attitude deep in your heart.
Everyone was transparent in the supernatural ray of light. Among the people whom I saw near me there were a number who counted themselves believers and they were busy both coming and going. When the light shone from above of Glory and of enlightening, this truth was revealed: they were very thoughtless and frivolous and they were not ready. This gave me a shock. Then I saw a person I knew. Her life was filled with suffering. When she was struck by the light from above she became as resplendent (glittering) as a queen and I knew her to be one of the bride, She was ready for the wedding.
My turn rapidly approached and my heart beat hard. "Am I one who is ready? Am I actually truly ready?" Yes the judgment is minute and exact. Suddenly, I was discovered in this light, and I saw my heart as God sees it. I understood the answer clearly to my anguished question. It is the greatness of the sacrifice on Golgotha which was/is sufficient for you.
Then I saw the bride of Christ who had discovered themselves ready and they were in intense expectations and yet in supernatural peace. No one knew exactly when He would come, how much more waiting of days or hours but only that it would be yet a few more minutes, perhaps merely a few seconds and that was it. Suddenly came the resounding sound of a trumpet of a clearness so marvelous, penetrating and heavenly (how much I have longed to hear the same.) The believers immediately recognized the Lord. At the same instant He lifted us from the earth and we were drawn into heavenly places by powerful love. All the weary burdens of earth were left behind and we (as dung) were changed in the twinkling of an eye with a new body, luminous and full of glory. Like a little bird freed and allowed to explode with joy, I shot upward, my arms stretched toward Heaven; I was in joy: "We're going Home! We're going to the marriage of the Lamb. We're going Home!" I had the feeling that in my earthly body I could not support/take such happiness, such rapture!
One last time, I flung a look back on the earth, and saw in surprise an open coffin. I discovered the explanation in 1 Thess. 4:16-17 "The dead in Christ shall rise first; then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."
The earth became (always) more distant with its towns its cities its forests its mountains and, whereas that which is earthly disappeared forever, I crossed the empty heavenly sphere (space) and finally I saw the Heavenly Home. The language and the thoughts of earth are much too poor for describing this glory. I saw very much architecture in Heaven, very different from the ones on earth.
One image I found especially impressive: an oval structure like ivory, on the top of which circled luminous silhouettes, all flashing with pure gold and with indescribable glory.
I also found passage in this place very easy with the appearance of the residences more modest (this may be because of more glory than I saw at the beginning). The question that presented itself to my spirit: "Is there further means of growth in Heaven?" I have admitted the answer: Yes, there is certain growth in Heaven but the growth (how much) men acquire in one day on the earth, he/she needs years in Heaven to attain. This is why the time spent on earth is of such importance. (Editor's note: Things learned on earth determine our eternal destiny.)
This is not all of the vision. However, one day perhaps very near, this will be a reality. God has spoken to me in a figurative language such as I am able to understand. I did not grasp exactly what was taking place when I saw it, but I grasped one thing: this Glory surpasses all measure. This by itself makes the lifting up (Rapture) the miracle of love and of the glory of Jesus. We have absolutely no power to describe that rapture and the joy represented when this act/feat will release (us) of earthly anguish/distress of not having to endure suffering of the body and of being transported in the twinkling of an eye by the Savior Himself, even to the throne of His glory.
But the most grand reality that we discover in glory, the center of this glory is the Lamb. The heavenly army extols His praises. "Let us rejoice and be glad, for the marriage of the Lamb is come and His wife hath made herself ready." Rev 19:7
Why the Lamb and not the Sovereign King? For the multitude of lost men and women who suffered with sinful humanity they are powerfully liberated, purified and lifted by Himself as His Bride (wife) and to share in his reign. It doesn't seem possible this great sacrifice on Golgotha. It is the cross where the Lamb of God gave His life and His blood for our ransom. The church is born of His wounds, and of His pierced rib and of the Lord's resurrection entrusted to the Holy Spirit to bring about perfection.
For she who was there, and one day had the privilege of casting a glimpse into the glory of Heaven and of being carried off in her heart, there is the homesickness and the deep desire for these things. Always more strongly (restrains) the appeal: Even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus!
But I have also understood the main point this hope urges upon us. She who was carried off in her heart urges this hope: purify yourself even as He is pure, because without sanctification (holiness) no one sees God.
We have no time to lose because we see the signs of the times coming to pass before our eyes. The enemy is at work to postpone and hinder us. For fear he powerfully accuses us every day, and our hearts are fearful because of him. We must set our lives in order in every slight detail. But this especially distinguishes the hearts filled with the Spirit, and the watching Bride; it is this appeal of their lives and hearts, Come quickly Lord Jesus!
May God bless you!
GET THE SWORD OUT AND STRIKE!
Arise Warriors of Christ, put on the full Armor of God; get hold of the offensive weapons of the warfare and attack the kingdom of darkness like never before in the Mighty Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, it's the time to fight back. Get out of your comfort zones, this is a season (September to January) characterised by intensive attacks on God's People evidenced by accidents, bloodshed and other horrible attacks; however, the Good news is that Christ has already won victory for us and in Him we are more than conquerors, therefore be strong and courageous for our enemy is already defeated, disarmed, dethroned and destroyed in Jesus' Mighty Name. Resist him and he will also flee, it's also a season of great blessing to God's Children; therefore remain in the Father's Presence and let His Righteous Right Hand uphold you in Jesus' Matchless Name. Shalom!
Ephesians 6:10-13
[10]Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
[11]Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
[12]For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
[13]Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
2 Corinthians 10:3-5
[3]For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.
[4]For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,
[5]casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
Colossians 2:15
[15]Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.
James 4:7
[7]Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
1 Peter 5:8-9
[8]Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
[9]Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
Luke 10:19
[19]Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
2 Chronicles 20:17
[17]You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem!’ Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you.”
Exodus 14:13-14
[13]And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever.
[14]The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”
Psalms 27:1-3
[1]The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?
[2]When the wicked came against me To eat up my flesh, My enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell.
[3]Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, In this I will be confident.
Jeremiah 1:10
[10]See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, To root out and to pull down, To destroy and to throw down, To build and to plant.”
Jeremiah 23:29
[29]“Is not My word like a fire?” says the Lord, “And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?
Joshua 1:5
[5]No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you.
Jeremiah 32:27
[27]“Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?
The highway of the upright is to depart from evil: he that keepeth his way preserveth his soul. Proverbs 16:17
What we observe from the generations of Noah and Lot is the fullness of Character, these generations were ultimately possessed by the evil one to extent that their souls became completely dark and there was no thought of doing anything good or right; people were completely evil, the same is even witnessed today. Therefore be watchful because the day is not very far, Christ is coming sooner. Maranatha!!
What we call life is not life at all until Christ becomes the reason why we have and live it. The mind of a carnal person is death!
Do everything based on God's Word with it wonderful and unending Promises so that you may experience pure and everlasting joy!
"This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.
No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.
You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you." John 15:12-16
NO REWARD FOR BACKSLIDERS UNLESS THEY REPENT!
Only those who endure up to the end will be saved, it doesn't matter how many years we have spent in Christianity or how successful we have been in ministry; if we give up or look back while on the way, all our efforts will be in vain. All our righteousness acts will not be remembered, God is not pleased with anyone that backslides after knowing the truth and testing the glory of the heavenly gifts. Whenever we look back, we put our lives at risk in the hands of the monster that is always waiting to derail our destinies. Therefore beloved never give up, keep climbing the mountain of holiness, when you feel tired the Holy Spirit is always there to help and comfort you, Call upon Him. Whenever you think of giving up, always remember how far you have come and how long you have waited patiently. The prize is worth waiting for, that's why we should keep our focus on the heavenly things! Beloved, remember Lot's wife and how she easily abused the grace given to her. Don't take the grace of God for granted, run in such a way as to win the prize! Shalom
Our hearts are restless until they rest in Christ alone, our safest refuge and the Prince of peace!!
Refusing to obey the voice of the Holy Spirit will cost us a lot if we don't repent and follow His leading!
CALLED TO WORSHIP GOD IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH!!
The church building is not as important as the attitude with which man worships God. The Almighty Father is not looking for well furnished buildings or new technics of worship but He seeks for men and women that will worship Him in Spirit and truth. The kind of worship that springs from deep inside the heart seasoned with gratitude, driven by divine unction. John 4:21-24, "Jesus declared, 'Believe Me, Woman, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship in Spirit and in truth.'" Beloved friends, we must prepare our hearts whenever we come into God's Presence; He created us to worship Him, He created us for His glory. We must come before Him with the right attitude, Our God demands total undivided attention whenever we are worshipping Him ,for He alone deserves all the glory and honour. We must wholly be devoted to Him, true devotion is the Spirit of Worship and this also characterizes the angelic worship in the heavenly courts. God's Presence begets reverence, awe and filial fear. God is not a man, He is the creator of all things, therefore we must approach His Presence with ultimate humility of heart as we contemplate on His infinite goodness and His awesome and incomparable nature. 2 Chronicles 7:3, "When all the Israelites saw the fire coming down and the glory of the LORD above the temple, they knelt on the pavement with their faces to the ground, and they worshiped and gave thanks to the LORD, saying, 'He is good; His love endures forever.' " Beloved, how do you respond to God's Presence? Several times, I have witnessed many of us picking-up phone calls, gossiping, laughing, dressing immodestly , boiling with envy, pride, anger and hatred towards our fellow brothers and sisters during worship. Do we really know the Kind of God we worship? Just like men of Athens, we too could be worshiping an UNKNOWN GOD.
Our God is Almighty, so Holy and completely righteous, He is incomparable and no image or person can be likened to His glorious Nature, that's why the Holy Spirit requires us to lift up holy hands whenever we come into His Presence.
Worship is the heart of our relationship with God, it moves God to do the impossibles in our lives. Loads of miracles and supernatural encounters have been recorded during pure worship. Therefore there's need to pray for a worship revival especially in today's churches where true worship has been replaced with entertainment. Our worship lacks true devotion, the Holy Spirit is never involved in it. We attend services as a duty and feel relieved when the benediction is pronounced, we sing to attract the attention of the public and we are never willing to commune with God; Hypocrisy is the order of the day, secular lifestyle has been accepted on the pulpits. Indeed the children of this world are more wise than the Children of Light, for they worship their master though cruel according to his set pattern and they never compromise. But look at the Children of Light, they are ever compromising and full of familiarity with hardened hearts. The Children of darkness never wear half-nakedly or indecently while entering their shrines, they never gossip, joke or disrespect their master but look at the so called Christians, What a shame! How long will you stay blind ,o wicked generation? Is God really interested in this kind of worship? Why do you think miracles nolonger happen during today's worship? Why are not people's lives not healed or restored during worship? Someone comes with problems and goes back home with multiple problems, It's because we worship in our own ways, the Holy Spirit is never involved. Without Divine unction, our singing is in vain and merely a collection of noise as described by Prophet Amos.
Amos 5:22-23, "Even though you bring Me burnt offerings and grain offerings, I will not accept them. Though you bring choice fellowship offerings, I will have no regard for them. Away with the noise of your songs! I will not listen to the music of your harps." Beloved friends, we need to change the way we worship so as to remain in God's Presence with ultimate gratitude ,reverence, humility, deep affection and wholehearted devotion. It's time to call for a worship revival especially in these end-times so that true worship may be restored to the church with all its Power, God is going to do mighty things in this last hour; therefore It's imperative that we live in thankfulness, appreciating God's Love and His extended Hand of grace and mercy. Ephesians 5:19-20, "Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ."
We are temples of the Holy Spirit, we should therefore avoid evil trade with the world in order to consecrate ourselves to God. Our hearts should be filled with the melodies of Worship streaming from a profound source of gratitude geared by divine unction so that God may dwell in us.
May the Almighty Father help us to understand the power and beauty of His glorious presence!! Shalom.
GODLINESS IS NOT A MEANS TO FINANCIAL GAINS!
Freely we have received and freely we should give. We cannot peddle the Word of God for profits or financial gains because Godliness is not a means to financial gains! What God has given us is priceless, no amount of money is worth it; It's overwhelmingly precious. We are His vessels designed for the good work of comforting and showing others God's Love and mercy. Money should not rob us of our joy in the Lord, we are called to serve God with sincerity, truth, faithfulness and gratitude, deeply appreciating His amazing grace and Love extended to all humanity through His Beloved and Precious Son our Lord Jesus Christ who willingly died and shed His Blood for us on the Cross at Calvary. 1 Corinthians 9:7-18, "Who serves as a soldier at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard and does not eat of its grapes? Who tends a flock and does not drink of the milk? Do I say this merely from a human point of view? Doesn't the Law say the same thing? For it is written in the Law of Moses: "Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain." Is it about the Oxen that God is concerned? Surely He says this for us, doesn't He? Yes, this was written for us, because when the plowman plows and the thresher threshes , they ought to do so in the hope of sharing in the harvest. If we have sown spiritual seed among you, is it too much if we reap a material harvest from you? If others have this right of support from you, shouldn't we have it all the more? But we did not use this right. On the contrary, we put up with anything rather than hinder the gospel of Christ. Don't you know that those who work in the temple get their food from the temple and those who serve at the altar share in what is offered on the altar? In the same way, the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel. But I have not used any of these rights. And I am not writing this in the hope that you will do such things for me. I would rather die than have anyone deprive me of this boast. Yet when I preach the gospel, I cannot boast, for I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! If I preach voluntarily, I have a reward; if not voluntarily, I am simply discharging the trust committed to me. What then is my reward? Just this: that in preaching the gospel I may offer it free of charge, and so not make use of my rights in preaching it."
Beloved friends, the ultimate purpose of the Shepherd is to take proper care of the flock but not to exploit it. As ministers, our main mission should be to lead souls to Christ but not to prioritize our needs. A shepherd carries only what is essential to take care of the sheep so that he may not be distracted while tending the sheep lest the wolves destroy the flock. John 10:12-13, "The hired hand is not the shepherd who owns the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it. The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep." Today we have a lot of hired hands that are after exploiting the sheep, men driven by their own selfish desires. In fact, the bible calls them thieves and robbers because they don't care about the life of the flock, men driven by greed who only start up ministries in order to earn money and exploit even the poor. 2 Peter 2:3, "In their greed these teachers will exploit you with stories they have made up. Their condemnation has long be hanging over them, and their destruction has not been sleeping." These are men who manipulate their flock in terms of giving, sowing seeds and many others. Giving and supporting ministries is good but it should not be done out of manipulation, giving should be out of conviction by the Holy Spirit so as to honour the heavenly Father. God loves a cheerful giver, for It's not how much we give that matters but the Love involved in it ,is what matters! There are a lot of people that have abandoned church today because of daily demand for money by their pastors; even those who have persisted, many are full of frustrations. Our desires for worldly things should not hinder the gospel of Christ, our ultimate target should be on the incorruptible wealth stored up for us in Heaven because our Labour in the Lord Jesus Christ is not in vain. Matthew 6:19-21, "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." God has entrusted us with the task of shepherding in order to let the sheep know and experience His Love through us since He has chosen to be His vessels! Whatever He gives us is for the sheep but not for our selfish gains, our reward is in heaven because He who promised is faithful! Let's learn from our Master,Lord Jesus Christ who cares and even laid down His life for the sheep; God wants us to desire such a heart so that we may truly be His servants. May the Almighty Father give us the grace to preach the Gospel of truth without prioritizing our own needs! Shalom!

HOW MANY CHANCES DO YOU HAVE LEFT?
By Zipporah Mushala
The Lord Jesus Christ gave me a dream that my sister and I should evangelise to our Grandmother because she was about to die.She lives in another province so we told my Aunty over the phone to be encouraging her to read the bible.
Then I had another dream where I saw horrible demons waiting for her in Hell. Some where in snake form, dragon form, dogs and very fat demons. They were preparing for her torture and I heard in the dream that she was going to die in about a week.I woke up very terrified and realised we had not done our best in evangelising to her.So we called my Aunty to hand her the phone that we may talk to her.
This time, we told her directly to stop using traditional medicines as protection from witchcraft because only Jesus can protect her. We told her that those remedies carried demons. We told her to be praying, reading the Bible and we prayed for her to be baptised with the Holy Spirit just over the phone.
She was very willing and said she wanted Jesus Christ right there and then. She said she would stop using traditional medicines and that she would be reading the bible. Her response was very shocking and we saw it clearly that the Lord had softened her heart to receive him. Ezekiel 36:26 "And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh."
Then the most shocking thing happened. My very young vibrant Aunty whom we used to pass the messages to my Grandmother died. She died before my Grandmother and this left everyone wondering why the Lord had not given a message concerning her Soul.
My Grandmother died shortly after her and the Lord showed me a vision where she became young, very happy and the gates of Heaven swinging wide open for her.He also showed me my Aunty falling into the pit of Hell and a lot of demons receiving her.
2 Corinthians 6:2 says " I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, for today is the day of salvation."
To be alive and able to repent is God's favour. The Lord had given my Aunty many chances to repent but she may have been hardening her Heart. She may have thought she has more time. He gave my grandmother who received Salvation at her last minute the reward of the Kingdom of Heaven the same just like someone who has served him their whole life.Someone who knew the Lord earlier than her may have even backslidden and failed to enter while she did. That is the Grace of God.Matthew 20:1-16.
If you cry out to God with all your heart,he hears you.If you ask him to wash you clean of all your wrongs,he does but do not take him for granted. Do not think he'll warn you right before you die.Do not expect any special favour just because he uses you,the Lord has no partiality.People in Hell can not repent because forgiveness is only here on earth. The Lord knew my Aunty would die even earlier than my Grandmother but he did not warn her because she had used up all her chances of Salvation.Instead,he warned my Grandmother and prepared her heart to recieve him. That is what happens when you take God for granted. He can pass you right by and save the person next to you, leaving you doomed. Are you hardening your heart? The Lord can give you a heart of flesh which is able to accept him like he did my Grandmother. Are you taking him for granted? He can use you as a medium to save someone while you are going to Hell yourself.Life on earth is only a passing Shadow, the reality is eternity.Choose wisely.
THE FIRST SHALL BE THE LAST.
Show a gentle attitude toward everyone. The Lord is coming soon. Don't worry about anything, but in all your prayers ask God for what you need, always asking Him with a thankful heart. And God's Peace, which is far beyond human understanding, will keep your hearts and minds safe in union with Christ Jesus. (Philp 4:5-7)
Changing the place is not enough, we need to change the mind as well. We cannot serve God fully if we are still attached to the world. We need a total transformation to be inline with God's will and bear the Mind of Christ!
Without Determination, we cannot amount to anything in the Kingdom of God; only determined men and women are able to have their promises fulfilled, all children of Israel were liberated from the Land of Slavery and called to go to a land flowing with milk and honey but only Joshua and Caleb were determined to go and inherit that Land. The rest died in the wilderness of sin and rebellion; even today many of us are called to the newness of life in Christ Jesus but only a few are determined to walk on the narrow path with all patience in order to reign with Christ in the unshakable Kingdom of our God! Dear friend, are you determined?
The good news is that Jesus who died for you rose again to live in you. This is a fundamental principle for victorious Christian living. Being ignorant of this fact enslaves one in the wilderness of sin!
