Did you know periwinkles are snails?
So I’ve heard people say if you need blood, you should eat periwinkles.
And honestly, there is some truth to it.

Periwinkles are full of iron and protein, which your body uses to make red blood cells. When you are low on iron, you start to feel tired, dizzy, or weak often.
So yeah, if you have been feeling that way, maybe skip the energy drinks and soft drinks for a while and eat periwinkles or beans instead. Though not a magic fix, but sometimes the old-school stuff really works.

Trying harder won’t make someone choose you if their heart is already elsewhere.

May God handle what you have been overthinking while you focus on being present where you are.

Sometimes the warning signs weren’t hidden. You just did not take them seriously.

There is no relationship without stress. What I mean is, there is no successful relationship without the ups and down. So quit expecting a perfect one, that's why it never works out.
Even if it all seems perfect now, you will eventually stop pretending one day. And let's say you weren't pretending, you will eventually become familiar with your spouse one day, and either of those two outcome is the reality of it all. By then, you will no longer feel the way you do now: what most go you call love. You will have to decide to stay with your partner. You will have to chose them, not once o, on a daily basis. The choice is in form of tolerating them, forgiving them, not comparing them with others, being selfless, helping them to improve as much as you can, being honest with them, and showing them love like you used to do when you first met 😀
So accepting this truth and choosing your partner everyday is key to the lasting relationship you seek. But the question is, are you ready to make this sacrifice?
