In 2017, we launched a “business” with so much hype and energy.
We created the brand, got a very beautiful logo, built a very awesome product, told everyone we were now the next big thing, in fact, we were everywhere on the internet.
But the painful truth is that 10 months in, we had made less than ₦10,000.
Not because we were lazy, but because we had no clarity.
No structure. No strategy. No guide.
We were posting every day but had no idea who we were selling to, or what exactly we were offering. Laughable
