My son said, “I don’t know why I’m not good at this game… I’m not good at anything.” 💔

Before I could even respond, his sister quickly said,
“No, don’t say that. Don’t say you’re not good.”

So now it’s a woman’s fáult that a man decided to “toast” her?

She told her husband another man was making advances at her…It saved her.

But for someone else, it was used against her.

Is it always safe to be open about these things in a relationship?

Or does it depend on who you are married to?

Because honesty is important…
but so is emotional safety

Not everyone heals the same way…and for a long time, many of us didn’t understand why.

To decenter as a woman…
is to stop building your life
around being chosen.

It’s learning to choose yourself first.
Your growth. Your peace. Your purpose.

Your child is talking…but are you really listening?”

you can guide them better.

The relationship you build now

Do your children feel safe talking to you about anything?
