Grateful to God Almighty for the successful completion of a one-month intensive training at the .

The experience was truly transformative back-to-back learning, collaboration, networking, meeting amazing minds, and building strong synergies with leaders from diverse backgrounds.

NIPSS remains a top-notch institution and a center of excellence for leadership, policy, and strategic thinking. It is a place where leaders come to unlearn, relearn, and broaden their perspectives for national development and effective service.

I sincerely appreciate all the lecturers, facilitators, and the dedicated staff team for their commitment and professionalism throughout the training. Special thanks to the Institute for putting together such a remarkable platform for shaping better leaders and strengthening strategic capacity.

Indeed, NIPSS is not for the weak. The journey is demanding, but the impact is exceptional.

I am grateful for the knowledge gained, the relationships built, and the unforgettable experience.

Fearless in purpose. Unstoppable in pursuit. It hasn’t been easy, but it’s worth it and I am grateful to God

Not every “opportunity abroad” is genuine. Many come packaged with attractive promises but end in exploitation, financial loss, or deep regret.

Before taking any step, take time to verify:
Who is behind the opportunity?
Can it be confirmed through official channels.

Are you being pressured to act quickly or pay upfront?
Making informed decisions is key to safe and successful migration. Do you verify opportunities before trusting them, or you rely on urgency and hope.

An Honest Conversation on Migration Realities in Africa

A thought-provoking discussion with the Executive Director of Zaram Life Foundation, Eucheria Onyinyechi, and Hon. Jiritmwa Morgak Goyit, Liaison Officer to His Excellency, Kanke Constituency, Jos Plateau State.

The conversation centered on the realities of migration in Africa, emphasizing a critical message: travel is not the solution preparation is.

Do you have a skill? Are you truly ready?
Many individuals have found themselves stranded due to poor planning, lack of relevant skills, and financial limitations. Migration should never be approached blindly. It requires careful mental, financial, and legal preparation.

Let us continue to have honest conversations that inform, guide, and protect our people.
We invite you to share your experiences or thoughts in the comment section.
