According to HubSpot research, 93% of customers are likely to return to businesses that provide excellent customer service.

What is this saying to you?

When a customer receives excellent customer service, they are more likely to become brand advocates and loyal customers, which increases the likelihood that they will recommend your business to others.

So, how would you rate the customer service for your brand?
Would you recommend your brand to others if you were the one receiving the service?

I received a private message from a friend saying, "I just started a business and I'm afraid that it won't succeed."

The message was tinged with uncertainty, and I explained to her that uncertainty is a natural and unavoidable part of life. Though we may try to resist it and hope for some way to be reassured that everything will be fine in the end, we can never truly know what the future will bring or hold.

Nonetheless, uncertainty feeds fear, and if we are not careful, we can become engulfed in it.

Fear can paralyze us with a thick shadow of darkness, controlling every move and decision we make.

We must remove the fear of uncertainty by;

1. Recognizing that Uncertainty is not a sign of impending doom and accept it as a natural part of life.

2. Defining your objectives. Rather than obsessing over whether your businesses/plans will succeed or fail, the best course of action would be to find a way to clarify your goals and use the clear understanding of them as a compass to guide you through any unseen obstacles that may arise along the way.

3. Be present, consistent, and positive. Allow your faith in yourself, in your ability, to outweigh your fear.
