Have you not wonder when you bought something good, immediately you start seeing people who has that? This will show you that people want something good like you.

But what differentiate you from someone else who achieve that you set long time ago?

Have you not wonder that an idea you have given up on few months later, someone is carrying it out and doing well at it?

What is the difference? You may blame yourself with all sort of things and even given yourself excuse.

Dear, the difference is that greatness is birthed in the place of practice.

Consistency is the key.

Dear, you have set that goal and you are ready to get a skill suited for it but will you be consistent on that skill to see your goal come to life?

Will you be consistently focused?

Are you aware the number of hours your mentors spend practicing and developing themselves before you start following them?

Do you think they jump from the air to the place there are?

They were at same spot like you long time ago but what is the difference?

The difference is consistency and practice.

Can you make up your mind that this coming new year 2022 to be consistent and keep on practicing until you see the result?

This is not the case of repeating same method and accepting different results but a time to move and get dreams achieved.

Be consistent and never stop practicing because thats where greatness is been made not any other way.

.. is only a blind need an assistant or a guard to a destination and you just set a goal.

When you set a goal, you are just a blind man to it....

First thing to know in life is that winning is as a result of many elements put together especially knowing the ways to win.

It is believed that he who knows a way to get a food, goes there faster.

When you ask a blind a direction to a destination, he or she has an idea but can't direct you there in person.

This is exactly with setting a goal; you know the destination and how it looks like but you can't get there.

The most shocking part is that people set goals and leave the goals to accomplish itself without an effort...because they don't know the ways.

Are you not blind to that goal? Be sincere

Setting a goal is important because it shows you the destination but what gives you the accurate direction to the goal?

Many times, few blame the reason of they goals failing to external factors like luck but in the real sense luck is a factor that appears to someone who knows the direction.

Is like a blind looking for an assistant who will help him or her to a destination; literally speaking you are a blind man to that goal; you know the destination and how it looks but can't take yourself there.

No wonder, your mentors spend time on finding the ways and the know how to something....

It does not end in goal setting, wake up and find ways to help you get to your destination and that is skill.

How skilled and knowledgeable are you in a goal you set, determines if you will get to that goal.

Is simple the blind looks for an assistant to take him or her to a destination for a first time; so is you, you need an assistant to take you to your goal and that is a skill and knowledge.

Why can't you start now to get skills and knowledge that will lead you to your goal?

"Are you aware that is only the stupid wake up any day before 2022 and set new year resolution?"

The most foolish attitude men portray on earth is new year resolution.

Wait, what is really new year resolution?

Have you thought of it for once?

They might be many definition or belief for it but in nutshell is talking about "declaration on something".

We all know, something declared few minutes ago can as well be reverse in the next minute.

Allow me to call it new year declaration or announcement because that's what it is.

On earth declaration is not powerful else is back up by an external force, ask Noah when he says rain is coming.

No wonder, the great including my mentors don't believe in this act called new year resolution because is just an announcement that can be canceled anytime.

One beautiful thing behind new year resolution is that it gives you this feeling of happiness for a time and the weak side is that is hard to follow, why?

Because anything declare looks like a command; as if you are accountable to someone for something.

No wonder my mentors hate it so much.

How can you think you are doing someone good by been good?

That's what it looks like when you give yourself new year resolution.

It makes you feel trap under an authority which you believe understands your weak side when you fail; no wonder when you fail, you always say sorry but to who?

Remember my words in the beginning that only the foolish follow new year resolution.

But what about the rich, wealthy and great?

The rich, wealthy and great including your mentors travel to a quite place setting goals, cooking up strategy and planning.

Note, they stay afar from people and set goals..., what a discipline?

Goals are powerful; the beauty is that goals are what you strongly believe can come to life and that's why you get angry when you fail anyone.

I still remember a young man crying at an anonymous stadium this year middle of September because he didn't reach his goal to be the best.

So powerful, do you know what?

It disciplines you and keeps you focus.

Goal is as a result of vision you have and it accompanies you to be focus.

The shocking part is that goal shows you the end; when I set a goal, it helps me to see that end is possible and it discipline me to make the end come to reality.

No wonder my mentors including yours don't give themselves resolution because resolution is saying that "I will do..." but goals show you that is already done or possible and that's why you go after it.

No man set a goal that he or she doesn't believe that is achievable; wow, do you notice that?

My pen is bleeding a lot now but will end with; which will you believe, new resolution or goal setting?

The choice is yours but I will advise you to go for goal setting in 2022 because that's what the great go for if you are truly one.

There are two periods in someone life that is so important which are beginning and end.

To me the end is very important, I don't really value the beginning but is important because you can catch up in the process but you can't catch up in the end.

The end is design to be a door; no two ways about it.

The end is where you check if you ended well and is where you plan strategically for the next beginning.

The end is a door that opens a new beginning; better know that.

I value the end because the end gives you room to think and strategize for the next beginning.

But, is it a happy ending for you?
