The Impartation for Mental toughness in Leadership!

There is no impartation for mental toughness in leadership aside accepting the responsibilities that come with leadership.The mental sagacity in leadership is as a result of the opportunities in leadership that we refuse to ignore.

Most people want to gain mental toughness but avoid every opportunity to lead or help build something for others.

Between 2010-2011 I had the opportunity to lead a campus fellowship on Campus.Before walking that road I did everything possible to avoid that office but I had to because of some 'visitations' .

While I was serving as the campus fellowship president between 2010-2011

I was also the :

Delta Sub-Zonal president of the fellowship
The Joint Christian Campus fellowship president
The Delta State Chairman Of Joint Christian Campus fellowship
National Vice President of My own Local Assembly Campus fellowship (One of the reasons I tried to avoid the office)

I felt like dieing during this season.I would function in these offices all through the week and still contend with my accedemic work.It was as though my heart was sinking and mind racing.

It was during this season:

I learnt how to departmentalize my mind.

I learnt the secret of mental toughness in leadership.

The skills we have today is from the pains and experiences of responsibilities we embraced and still embrace.

Today when we refer to giants as bread soaked in water it is simply because of the various responsibilities we took up.
