This is not only about what others are saying but a*o what has worked for me.

I use phone a lot because I use it for my online business and also for my studies.

I use my phone to write assignments, read textbooks and listen to lectures.

My vision started getting blurry.

I opted for carrots because research has shown that it is good for the eyes.

I ate it for one week. The blurry vision disappeared. The weakness of the eyes also disappeared.

And I am telling you today: add carrots to your healthy meal plan daily.

Even if you have good eye sight, eating carrots regularly will prevent eye problems in the future.

Tumeric helps with reducing inflammation and infections in the body.

Research has also shown that tumeric helps prevent the onset of cancer.

Research has also shown that it helps reduce the progression of cancer in people with it.

But in order to get the best from using tumeric, mix it with black pepper.

Black pepper will help your body absorb the nutrients in tumeric for it to work effectively.

Some people take tumeric regularly but not noticing any positive results they've heard of.

Stop using your tumeric alone, mix it with black pepper before consuming.

The fresh tumeric root has more potent nutrient than its powdered form. Because the powdered tumeric has been processed.

Boil your tumeric for few minutes together with the black pepper. Or you can use powdered back pepper.

Don't use tumeric if you're using drugs. Be cautious.

Insulin resistance is when your cells are not accepting the energy the insulin is sending in. This causes weakness despite consuming enough foods.

To prevent insulin resistance, avoid junk foods, exercise regularly, eat more unprocessed whole foods, and rest regularly.

Insulin is an hormone secreted by the pancreas, and its main role is to regulate blood glucose (sugar) levels in the blood by sending it to the cells to use for energy and storing extra in the liver.

Insulin resistance is when your cells are closed to the glucose the insulin is sending to your cells to use for energy.

This is why diabetes patients suffers from weakness or tiredness. They have enough glucose in their blood for energy but their cells are resistant to insulin.

So what causes insulin resistance?

-Consuming more processed and junk foods.

-Abusing alcohol and sodas.

-Lack of regular physical exercise.

-Being overweight.

-Stress.

-Aging.

-Hormonal imbalance.

So what can you do to prevent or reverse insulin resistance?

-Avoid junk foods.

-Eat more whole grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables, lean meats, eggs, nuts and seeds.

-Avoid alcohol and soft drinks.

-Exercise 4-5 times weekly.

-Sleep for 7-8 hours every night.

-Keep a healthy weight.

If you already have diabetes, follow that advise together with your drugs.

I am a natural introvert. Since when I was born, I was introverted.

I know I want to be on the podium one day.

I know I want to be a star.

And I know my shy personality won't do me any good when the time comes.

Therefore, when I was 20, I began starting conversations with people unlike before.

I improved so much that people who knew me recently wasn't aware that I am an introvert.

Although, I am still an introvert because that won't change. But what changed was my self knowledge and improvements.

I know what I wanted, and I took actions to get there.

I'm still in the process of learning to be more extroverted. I am not trying to change my natural nature, I am trying to give myself what I needs.

I love the introverted nature because staying alone quietly and thinking before speaking has helped me discover myself fully and avoid quarrels.

Most extroverts cannot do that.

So stop saying things like "that's my nature, what can I do about it?"

Of course you can do something about it. If that your nature won't get you were you want to be.

Then learn a new habit that will. You can do it too.

Quality of life is not only the absence of diseases nor how long you live but it is how well you live.

For example, a person may live up to 90 years but may not be satisfied with living because of constant pains, fatigues and mood swings.

Healthcare professionals are researching for ways to increase people’s quality of life not just how long they will live.

Drugs and therapies may work well in treating health challenges, but some of them causes severe sides effects like pains and fatigues, which reduces quality of life.

This is what healthcare professionals are working on. They want to reduce any sides effects from drugs or other interventions.

But let me share with you some strategies to take right now to increase your quality of life so you don’t only live longer but live better. 👇👇

-Eat a more unprocessed food. More whole grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables, lean meats, eggs, nuts and seeds.

-Go for regular medical checkups to detect any underlying health conditions quickly.

-Exercise regularly. 30 minutes exercise 4-5 times a week.

-Sleep 7-8 hours per night.

-Practice mindfulness meditation daily.

-Build consistent supportive social relationships e.g. friends and family.

-Manage stress by resting regularly and avoiding overthinking.

-Go for regular evening walks around your neighborhood.

-Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily instead of soft drinks.

Following those tip daily will help you increase your quality of life.

Research has shown that men die younger than women.

There are many rea*ons for this. Although, some men attributes this to "we work harder and go through more stress than women do."

But do they really know why most men die more earlier than women?

Firstly, men have different health beliefs than women. For example, some men will say "naturally we are more stronger than women, therefore we hardly get sick*

And that belief always leads them to practice unhealthy behaviors because they think they can't get sick easily.

Secondly, men engages in more unhealthy behaviors than women. For example, we all know that the people who drinks more, smokes more, and are more addicted to drugs are mostly men.

Although, some women engages in those behaviors but very few of them compared to men.

And research has shown that those behaviors eads to chronic health challanges in the long run, which can eventually lead to death.

Thirdly, our society espects men to be reserved and not to always talk about their challenges.

The society made it seem as though men who always complain or talk about their problems are weak or not manly.

Therefore, when experiencing symptoms, most men won't see their doctor earlier unless the symptoms worsen.

But compared to women, kust little headaches or pains, they are already in the hospital. And this helps them detect any underlying health challenge and recieve early treatment.

Lastly, most men believe they don't have control over their illness, therefore, they don't see it as important to seek for help.

But women can visit 10 hospitals in a week compared to men. Research has also shown that men visit the hospital less than women.

Those are some of the rea*ons men die younger than women.

Although, there are more rea*ons and this is not the case with all men. And this doesn't mean some women don't behave in this way.

So this is a question to all men?
