Don't give money to anybody to help you do your change of course or Institution...There are many frustrators who exploit candidates .Nobody can do it for you,your thumbprint is needed.Go to the nearest CBT Centre upoad your o level result and other admission documents.

Make payment for your change of course and Institution..You pay N2530 to JAMB through your CAPS using your email to login....After you have made payment to JAMB,you can now go to the CBT Centre for your thumbprint

CBT centre are collecting more than they are suppose to charge from innocent candidates.Some are charging 6500 for change of course/school of 4000.Don't pay more than what is stated.
