I entered their classroom on a Routine Check, suddenly they stood up and chorused the the popular greeting, "Good Morning Sir".... I smiled and gently, I told them that we will not be doing that here, we have met this morning,they greeted me already individually as each arrived. I said the Mind is to be Curious and Create and NEVER to be Automated.

This greeting style is already in their subconscious but the reason they are Future SCIENTISTS is to be CURIOUS asking questions on Traditions that are longer productive.

So, as good as Greeting Elders is,
I told them we will be innovative about it. I promised that they will be having Giants in Sciences in their Classes, but they will interact with them intelligently, they will ask Questions like Jesus did when He was 12.

Our Students will be creative even right from reinventing the Traditional, "GOOD MORNING SIR/MA,YOU ARE WELCOME TO OUR CLASS"

These are SCIENTISTS, they will be INNOVATIVE in all ways.
I believe a young Scientist around needs this kind of INNOVATIVE EDUCATION
