A powerful moment from our International Women’s Day outreach at Evangel Academy Secondary School.
The UWA Foundation team shares a deeper conversation with the girls about the “Give to Gain” principle , the idea that the value we receive in life is often connected to what we are willing to give through service, character, leadership, and positive impact.
The session encouraged the girls to see themselves as future leaders and change makers in society. They were reminded that through education, integrity, kindness, and responsibility, they can shape a better future not only for themselves but for their communities.

The team from Uwa Foundation had the privilege of visiting Evangel Academy Kubwa Abuja. to celebrate International Women’s Day with the amazing students and staff.
It was a beautiful time of learning, encouragement, and empowerment as we spoke with the young girls about their potential, their dreams, and the power they have to shape the future. We reminded them that every girl has value, a voice, and the ability to make a difference in her community and beyond.
We say a big thank you to the management and students of Evangel Academy for welcoming us so warmly. Together, we continue to raise a generation of confident, empowered, and purpose-driven young women.
