CORE helps children, girls, women & youth to discover their talents either for work or business.
A Young and vibrant population is a blessing to any community as they represent the productive population. Nigeria is blessed with a teeming and growing young population that constitutes 70% of the estimated population. This vibrant workforce is however living way below their potential, with majority of the young people disadvantaged and not exposed to the appropriate environment for their total development. They find themselves choosing careers that do not match their unique personalities. The effect of this is that the society suffer as a result and are challenged by inadequate skilled human capital and therefore resort to outsourcing and this results to massive capital flight. CORE seeks to assist the young generations discover their strengths, focus their energies appropriately and awaken these hidden talents and resources that reside in our youth.
Sometimes, showing up is the greatest act of kindness. 💛
In commemoration of World Humanitarian Day, Core Development Initiative, in partnership with NCCF Rural Rugged, Lugbe Zone Nccf Lugbe , reached the people of Boma Kaka, Lafia with medical care, counselling, and welfare support.
The smiles and gratitude reminded us that every act of kindness matters. ❤️
