YOU DESERVE A BETTER LIFE
"Don’t sit back and wait for life to happen to you—take charge of your path."
Have you ever found yourself in a workplace where your passion feels misplaced, your growth seems stunted, and your future looks blurry—despite the sweat, creativity, and value you’ve poured into the system? It’s a frustrating place to be. Many professionals get stuck here, torn between loyalty and the quiet whisper that says: “You deserve more.”
If you’ve worked in a place for a while and can’t see a clear future for yourself, then it may be time to reposition for change. I’m even tempted to say: “Get up, pack your load, and leave.” You deserve a better life.
But here’s the twist—sometimes, those who have truly added value and proven their worth discover something unexpected. As they rise to leave, while packing their bags in readiness for the next chapter, their employer suddenly realizes their significance and offers them a better deal. Risky, right? Yes. But also rewarding—because only those who know their worth and have genuinely worked hard can command such opportunities. And remember, big deals often come wrapped in big risks. That’s why you must carry out a proper risk assessment before making the leap.
At the end of the day, your career is your responsibility. Don’t sit back and wait for life to happen to you—take charge of your path. Whether it means negotiating a better deal where you are, or boldly stepping out into new territory, make the decision that aligns with your true worth and desired future. Remember: comfort zones don’t produce greatness, but courage does.

THE PRINCIPLE OF OPINION
“The more you know the better the quality of your opinion”.
When President GEJ was contesting for second term in office, some people said that, the doubt they had concerning him was that, providence brought him into the office, and that he wasn't actually prepared. Whether that’s a fact or not, I cannot tell. It’s an opinion.
But here is what I have to say, you don't prepare IN the Game, you prepare FOR the Game. And it is the level of your preparedness that determines your degree of performance. That’s a fact.
For me President GEJ was credible and truly meant well for Nigeria, but that was not enough.
Piloting the affairs of Nigeria as a President takes more than good intentions and credibility. It takes capacity, and I mean real capability – a capable hand who had gathered experience and energy preparing for the task years ahead. It’s an opinion
And on another hand, looking at president (PMB) who took over from president GEJ, some people were never comfortable with his age and health status which has a lot of impact in his decision-making responsibilities, especially in a country full of complex interests like Nigeria.
Think about this - if professors in the university who are known for extreme brain work activities are required to retire at the age of 70 statutorily, how much more the President.
Nigeria is even more than an institution; it is a world on its own. Ideally, men above the age of 70 should be greeted Goodnight, and not Good morning. It’s an opinion.
Friends, if the future of a country is the pictures the citizens are looking at, then candidates who are not prepared and do not fit in into the times and seasons should not even be considered as options.
If I have my way, I'll ensure that entities void of those great identities and credentials are shown the way out.
Again, as at today in Nigeria, we have President BAT whom some people believed did not meet the constitutional requirement to have been declared as the winner of the last presidential elections.
But he is the President of the FRN for now, because the apex court of the country upheld his victory after series of litigations. Most people may not agree with the verdict. It’s an opinion.
However, these are all opinions, whether personal opinion or public opinion. But to get the best out of situations or circumstances you must seek to know more.
“Opinion is the medium between knowledge and ignorance” - Plato.
Someone said: “Every man should periodically be compelled to listen to opinions which are infuriating to him. To hear nothing but what is pleasing to one is to make a pillow of the mind. To be absolutely certain about something, one must know everything or nothing about it.”
The thing is, the more you know the better the quality of your opinion. When options are limited, the outcome will definitely be limited. Because you have to decide and make a choice from what is available.
In a situation where one is wavering between 2 or 3 opinions as most Nigerians have always been during an election. The way to go is to seek to know more before you form your personal opinion and then take your decisions.
We are all entitled to our opinions.

Chapter 1
THE PRINCIPLE OF VISION
"Vision is simply the future you can see in what you are doing now.
In the beginning, He made all things beautiful. And He saw everything that He had made, and behold, it was very good. So, What Went Wrong?
Everywhere you turn today, people are asking questions – questions about leadership, relationships, wealth, health and how to live a fulfilled life in this present world.
Religious leaders have preached and have prayed almost enough; public speakers have motivated people enough; even governments have tried hard in making policies, all to help people find answers to the aforementioned questions. It will be fair to say that all of these efforts put together have yielded results – which are at best below average.
But, then, there is ONE thing that can drastically remove the question mark (?) of life, and in addition, give direction and guarantee a better life for anyone who cares to embrace it. It’s “VISION”.
I’m not going to give you a seminar on this, because there are books you can lay your hands on to learn more. Just add this to what you’ve learned about vision – a practical perspective on the subject:
“Vision is simply the future that you can see in what you are doing now (or seeing the future in what you are doing now)”.
Someone said that it is the picture of the future.
As we often say in seminars, “think global, act local”; technically, that’s how vision works. And I can tell you that everything noteworthy on earth today in terms of invention and development was accomplished with the thought of vision.
Even social, economic, architectural, medical, scientific, educational and political achievements and advancements owe their concept and birthing to the Principle of Vision’ according to Dr. Myles Munroe.
Remember, “where there is no Vision, the people perish”. This is very true because, against this background, reports have it that a good majority of people who have gone through many ordeals in life and still come out strong, are those who have lived for something; something that serves a future purpose - and that is VISION.
And so, I charge you by this principle to find something to live for (see visions if you like); something that will serve a greater purpose in future. It may not make complete sense to you right now, but it will serve a great deal in the future, and will make you more relevant continually.
Men and women of vision do not faint, even on the Day of Adversity; they become stronger by the day. They live intentional life, and are well disciplined
The Principle of VISION, please embrace it.

YOU NEED TO READ THIS
A Story and a very great lesson the world need to hear about Jay Jay Okocha's
When he received one of his awards recently, Okocha dedicated it to a certain ... Victor Agbo
Then he said: "Yes, I am a great footballer and all my success is due to my friend Victor good heart." People looked at one another and said, "Who is this, Mr. Agbo?"
Then Okocha went on: "We played together in a youth team. When Enugu Rangers recruiters came to observe us, they told us that the striker who scored the most goals would be recruited into the sports academy.
That day we won 3-0. I scored the first goal, and then Victor scored the 2nd with the head. And then the 3rd goal was the one that impressed everyone. Victor started from the wing, then found himself face to face with the keeper, dribbled the goalkeeper, and all he had to do was to push the ball into the empty goal post . In the meantime, I was running to his side, and instead of shooting into the empty goal post, Victor decided to pass the ball to me, and I scored. This is how I found myself at the Enugu Rangers youth team. After the game, I went to him and asked him, "Why did you do that?" And he replied, "Because I know that you are better than I am and You will go far in life in this game, you needed that push "
Curious to know more, the journalists began to investigate and were able to meet this Victor Agbo to ask him if the story told by Okocha is true, and he confirmed it, adding that his career as a footballer ended after that match as it was the only opportunity to become professional but i was sure Okocha would go far and do better. So I remained unemployed, fulfilled and happy.
However, journalists, observing his luxurious house and his fleet of cars parked in the garage, asked Victor, "but being unemployed, how could you have such a house and cars and living so luxuriously You seem rather comfortable physically. " Victor's answer: "All that? .. is Okocha. "
*Moral of this story:*
*Let us ask ourselves the following question: How many of us have ever done something like Okocha and Victor? On the contrary, many of us show the opposite of this story, displaying selfishness and ingratitude.*
*Friends! Let's help one another to succeed. Don't think blocking that intelligent, talented, and good fellow can add to your ordained destiny. You can not go nor have beyond what God has destined for you. Helping another person to succeed can only make your life better and, above all, guarantee a blissful hereafter for you.*
*Victor might not have made it big like Okocha, and Okocha might still have made it in another way, but Victor wouldn't have had access to such luxury. You see life! Open your heart and broaden your thinking. Be an abundant mentality personality. God will always be there at your own point of need, too.*
*And when we help a person to succeed, the latter must never forget those who contributed to his success. Whether they forget or not, God doesn't abandon His own.

JUST ONE LIFE
There is no spare life anyway - once someone lost his or her life, that's all.
Everyone has to die once, then face the consequences. Christ’s death was also a one-time event, but it was a sacrifice that took care of sins forever. And so, when he next appears, the outcome for those eager to greet him is, precisely, salvation.
You can make your life to count with God by surrendering to Jesus Christ.
If you are not save you are not safe; accept Jesus Christ today and let your life start counting for Good, then you will reign with Him in eternity.
