According to John L. Mason in his book "An Enemy Called Average), the latin words "status quo" literally mean "the mess we're in." In the FCT Chapter, the situation hasn't gone that bad, but we deserve much more than what we have now. CHANGE towards EXCELLENCE is what we need. Change is not our enemy, it is our friend!
