You will hear something like have a nitche , stick to it algorithm will push it. But is not always the case π

When you gets older, it will dawn on you that majority of what we suffered at old age is as a result of what we eat.
Eat more protein to generate the energy and strength you lost while working. There are good fats like avocado, animal fat.
Stay positive while maintaining hydration. Have a lovely work week aheadβΊοΈ.
Say no to sugary drink it will bring more harm than good.
