I came across a post where a someone was seeking for advice on how to treat her drivers so as to better retain them in employment.

I have a friend who has gone through a lot of drivers too. I have another who has gone through riders and another who goes through maids like tissue paper.

One recurring characteristics of all the above employers is their nice treatment of their staff. They provide feeding, some clothing and accomodation, treat them like family but still get rewarded with theft, lies, misdemeaniour and even slander.

All these can make one wonder if one should change one's nice attitude towards one's staff. It can be really painful.

Well, I feel one should continue being nice and do the little help you can for the sake of the reward you will be getting from God. He is the only one who can aptly reward you. No man can reward your kindness like Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He).

Also, keep things professional. Let boundaries be clearly soelt out in the employment letter. Let consequences be meted out to criminal actions and guarantors be made to hold the employee liable to their actions if possible.

It is not easy, so be prayerful for it's only God that can see us through our affairs.

Who thought you how to drive?

What was your worst "learner's" accident or most memorable?

My hubby thought me how to drive 😍.

My most memorable accident was when I crossed an intersection before it was my turn to cross.

An incoming bike man collided with my car and was thrown into a ditch (gutter).

Unfortunately, there were people sitting by the ditch, so the rider packed all of them along, they all landed in the ditch, rider, spectators, and the benches. Did I mention the rider's bike too?

After difficulties come ease 😁.

The week has been peaceful, no apolo, no scares, no hospital visit.

That is not a guarantee that it will continue like that (though we pray it does), the koko is that, life is a never-ending cycle that only comes to an end when you die.

So, enjoy the good times and bear with the not so good times because "wahala no dey finish".

I am grateful the God Almighty for my life. Are you?

Having said that, enjoy that bowl of goodness right there, because I love you, I will not enjoy it alone 😉.
