Some are mothers. Some aren’t. Some are building careers. Some are building themselves. Some are rebuilding after life knocked them down.

We are not one thing. We are everything.
And in a world that often tries to fit us into boxes, the bravest thing we can do is simply be ourselves, unapologetically, uniquely, beautifully ourselves.

So here’s to the women who march to their own rhythm. Who define success on their own terms. Who know that comparison is the thief of joy and choose to run their own race instead.

Today’s 17km had a purpose. I ran for my dear friend

She is facing down stage 4 breast cancer for the second time with a courage I can’t even fathom. While I was counting kilometers, she’s counting on treatments, prayers, and support.

I’m using my legs to help her in the only way I know how, by raising my voice and asking for your help.
