Excess alcohol consumption has been linked to several diseases especially cancers, including breast cancer and esophageal cancer.
Low or moderate alcohol consumption may lower your risk of sickness or death from all causes.
If you don’t already drink, don’t start. But if you enjoy alcohol, keeping your habit to one drink a day for women or two for men is a good goal, experts say.

What does healthy eating habit entail?
A healthy eating habit entails eating a variety of vegetables, especially dark green, red, and orange vegetables (3 or more servings a day).
Eating a variety of fruits (2 or more servings a day).
Eating whole-grain, high-fiber breads and cereals (3 to 6 servings a day).

Practising healthy eating equals healthy living. If you have not started your health and wellness journey yet, this is a good time to start.
For a diabetic patient, that is, someone whose blood sugar is high, its not good to eat bread, at least not too much of it because it contains high levels of carbohydrate that increase blood sugar.
If you absolutely must indulge in bread, 1 or 2 slices is enough no matter what type of bread it is.
Wheat bread, banana, bread, brown bread, coconut bread, etc.
Only 1 or 2 slices per meal.
