**SDGsTHURSDAY FEBRUARY MEETING*

Come be part of this month’s meeting,it’s promises to be engaging and impactful.

The PVC Hike and Vote sensitization took place today as part of our flip the script project.
In a bid to sensitize our citizens on the need to collect their PVCs and cast their votes on election.
all ensure that young people are mobilize and educated on the forth coming election .As we know elections are an integral part of this global push towards a better tomorrow as SDGs represents a universal call to action.

We at SDGsThursday believe that casting our vote is our civic rights so we are sensitizing citizens to collect their PVCs and therefore and on election date get citizens to cast their ballot.
As part of our flip the script, SDGsThursday in collaboration with organized PVC HIKE and VOTE,28 January.
We hope to mobilize more young persons and adults because we are leaving no one behind.

In 2022, Nigeria’s out-of-school children are estimated at 18.5 million, according to the United Nations Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF).

This year’s theme is “INVEST IN PEOPLE,PRIORITIZE EDUCATION.
Education provides stability and is something that no one can ever take from you. It not only helps an individual become a better person but also helps in getting a better-paid job.

In all these, out of school children are not left out, education is a human right, it’s a public responsibility.

We say a very happy International Day of Education to all.

SDGsThursday in collaboration with visited the IDP Camp in Durumi on Saturday to sensitize women and young ones in the camp on the forth coming general election.

This is the first of our flip the script , YOUR VOTE YOUR FUTURE project .
As we know, citizens need to be enlightened on the elections ahead of the deal day as majority at the Internally Displaced Camp have little knowledge or no knowledge at all on what their civic rights are.

As advocates for change, we ensure the people at the camp are not left out on the sensitization program.

We believe our voice can reach millions of people,through sensitization and enlightenment.
