: GAME CHANGER!!! Atiku Abubakar Announces That From May 29, 2027, All Elected Officials Shall Be Banned From Abandoning The Political Parties Under Which They Won Their Elections, Without Returning Back To The Voters For Fresh Elections; Under The Atiku 2027 Presidency, An Elected Official Who Defects To Another Political Party, Would Automatically Lose The Seat Won Under The Original Party, And Will Be Required To Contest A By-Election, Before Continuing In The Same Office
The African Democratic Congress, ADC, led by its 2027 Presidential Candidate, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has pledged to stop Elected Officials from abandoning the political parties in which they won their elections and assumed Office, without returning to the voters for a fresh mandate. This is according to the ADC 2027 Policy Document.
Under the Atiku 2027 Presidency, "an Elected Official who defects to another political party, would automatically lose the seat won under the original party, and be required to contest a by-election before continuing in Office".
The Proposal seeks to "strengthen Nigeria’s Laws and close the loopholes that allow Politicians to change parties after elections, while retaining Offices obtained through the votes of another party’s supporters".
For many Nigerians, political defection is not simply a change of party. It is a question of trust.
The Policy will strengthen the relationship between voters and Elected Officials in several ways.
First, it will make Politicians more accountable to their Constituencies. A Lawmaker would have to consider whether the voters supported the individual personally, or voted mainly for the party, before they think of defecting while still in Office.
Second, it will discourage defections motivated by personal advantage, appointments or access to government resources. A Politician who knows that switching parties would trigger a by-election, will be less willing to abandon the platform that secured the original mandate.
Third, it will make Party Manifestos more meaningful. If Elected Officials remain tied to the programmes and principles on which they campaigned, the voters will have greater confidence that elections can produce Policy continuity.
Finally, the Policy will protect smaller parties from losing Elected Officials to bigger parties after elections. Nigeria’s political system has witnessed Lawmakers and Governors moving from opposition parties to ruling parties; sometimes changing the balance of power, without a new vote, just for selfish personal gains.
Nigeria’s 1999 Constitution as amended, already contains provisions on defection by members of the National Assembly and State Houses of Assembly.
Under the Constitution, Lawmakers who jump ship risk losing their Legislative seats. Sections 68 (1)(g) and 109(1)(g) explicitly state that Members of the National Assembly and State Houses of Assembly must vacate their seats, if they defect from the political parties that sponsored their election. However, the Law provides a vital legal loophole: A defector keeps their seat, if the switch is triggered by a formal merger or an irreconcilable division within their original party.
Disputes over these exceptions have often led to prolonged legal battles, allowing defecting Lawmakers to remain in Office, while the matter is decided in the Court for years exceeding their term in Office.
The ADC proposal seeks a clearer and more automatic process.
When adopted, the Policy will discourage defections motivated by personal benefits, appointments or access to government resources. It would also make political parties more accountable and ensure that Elected Officials remain connected to the promises made during their campaigns.
The ADC proposal is ultimately about the value of a voter’s ballot.
For the Trader, Farmer, Teacher, Student and Civil Servant, the message is straightforward: If an Elected Official changes the platform on which they were elected, the people would have the final say, under the Atiku Presidency.
Finally, the Policy will help restore accountability and remind Politicians that Public Office is held in trust for Nigerians, and not owned personally.

: BREAKING!!! International Arrests Loom, As United States Of America Government Adviser Releases Credible Evidence To The Court, To Prove That President Bola Tinubu's Close Ally Offered Him A $3 Million Bribe For A Confidential Meeting In London, To Stop Him From Further Speaking On The Release Of The APC 2027 Presidential Candidate's Heroin-Related Records In A USA District Court
A Senior Government Adviser and Consultant, based in Washington DC, United States of America, USA, Dr. Karl Von Batten, has on Saturday, released evidence of his recently exposed $3 million bribe offer allegedly made to him by a close Ally of President Bola Tinubu, for a Confidential Meeting, in London, United Kingdom, UK, to stop him from further speaking on the Nigerian Leader's ongoing embarrassing he**in-related case in a US District Court.
According to him, the Plaintiff in the Freedom of Information Act, FOIA, case, Aaron Greenspan, referenced the alleged offer in a new document filed with the US Court.
The statement reads: “The Plaintiff in the case, Aaron Greenspan, whom we consider a credit to true journalism, for pursuing the truth about Nigerian President Bola Tinubu’s () and records, has filed a new document with the .”
“In his new filing, Aaron specifically references Von Batten-Montague-York, our amicus filings, and the previously reported $3 million offer to Dr. Von Batten, by an individual who is a dedicated member of the and is connected to Nigerian President .”
Dr. Batten stated that the matter has now entered the Public Court record, and further transparency was necessary.
He said: “Since the $3 million offer has now been raised in an accepted Court filing, we believe additional transparency is appropriate at this point.”
He also stated that a portion of the communication has been released, with identifying details withheld.
“Attached is a small portion of the communication Dr. Von Batten received. We redacted the individual’s name and WhatsApp profile photo. We will disclose the individual’s identity only to U.S. Law Enforcement”, Dr. Batten stated.
According to him, the released screenshot is only part of a larger exchange already submitted to US authorities.
“This screenshot represents only a small part of a much larger conversation, which we have preserved and provided to for review. We are releasing this limited portion, to show that the communication about a $3 million offer was, in fact, received.”
The FOIA suit seeks for the release of records held by the FBI and DEA, relating to President Tinubu. The case has drawn wide attention, amid ongoing public debates in Nigeria, over transparency and access to official records of Public and Elected Officials.

: BREAKING!!! Atiku Abubakar Talks Tough, Declares That Nothing Will Stop Him From Cancelling President Bola Tinubu's Very Insensitive NELFUND And Reducing The Cost Of Education For Ordinary Nigerian Students; Pledges That Under The Atiku 2027 Presidency, No Nigerian Family Or Student Will Be Forced To Borrow Due To Government-Approved Unaffordable Fees, And No Graduate Will Have To Start Life With A Massive Debt; There Will Be A Nationwide Easily Accessible Scholarship Scheme Aka "Education Subsidy"
The 2027 Presidential Candidate of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has clarified his position on the Nigerian Education Loan Fund, NELFUND, insisting that he is not against poor Nigerian children accessing University Education, but opposes Policies that push Nigerian Students into heavy debt, especially at the early stage of their career lives.
Atiku’s position was made known on Saturday, through his Senior Special Assistant on Public Communication, Phrank Shaibu, in a post on X, while reacting to a remark by President Bola Tinubu’s Special Assistant on Social Media, Dada Olusegun, who accused the ADC Presidential Candidate of hating NELFUND and wanting it cancelled.
Reacting swiftly, Shaibu dismissed the allegation as dishonest, explaining that Atiku’s concern is strictly about the rising cost of education in the country, under President Bola Tinubu, and the burden placed on families and Students who are forced to borrow, simply because government-approved fees have become unaffordable.
His exact words: “, this is simply dishonest. Atiku does not oppose education for poor children. He opposes turning education into a debt trap, after the government first allowed fees to skyrocket.”
He illustrated the situation with the example of a struggling widow trying to educate her daughter.
Shaibu said: “Imagine a widow selling food by the roadside, to send her daughter to University. The government raises the fees beyond what she can afford, then tells the daughter to borrow the money and begin adult life in debt.”
According to Shaibu, Atiku believes that the priority should be to make education affordable, rather than allowing fees to rise beyond the reach of ordinary Nigerians, before asking Students to take loans.
“Make education affordable again, restore scholarships and grants, and ensure that a child’s future does not begin with a loan burden”, he stressed.
The ADC Presidential Candidate’s position also forms part of his broader Education agenda, which places emphasis on tackling the country’s worsening Education crisis, and expanding access for disadvantaged Nigerians.
In his Policy Document through the ADC, Atiku has promised to “declare a National State of Emergency on Education”, as soon as he assumes Office, on May 29, 2027.
The Policy further states: “We will treat Education as a national priority, with immediate focus on reducing out-of-school children and rebuilding technical and vocational education.”
Atiku’s approach, therefore, goes beyond the NELFUND controversy, with the former Vice President arguing that Nigerian Students should have access to quality education, without being forced to begin their working lives under overwhelming financial obligations.

: BREAKING!!! The Entire Southern Nigeria Declares Massive Support For Atiku Abubakar, As ADC Set To Begin The Biggest Presidential Campaign Rallies In The History Of Nigeria's Democracy; Nigerians Have Tried And Tested President Bola Tinubu, But He Failed Woefully; It Is Time To Try And Test Atiku Abubakar, Who Has Appeared So Far, As The Most Prepared 2027 Presidential Candidate With A Real Plan, Ready To Make Life Easy For Ordinary Nigerians
The 2027 Presidential Candidate of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, is on the verge of celebrating his victory at the 2027 Presidential election, after a Stalwart of the ADC and former Edo State Governorship Aspirant, Kenneth Imansuagbon, urged voters across Southern Nigeria, to give full support to the ADC Presidential Candidate, arguing that, Nigeria needs a Leader capable of promoting unity, fairness and inclusiveness.
Imansuagbon made the call at the weekend, while speaking on the preparations for the 2027 Presidential election, stressing that, Nigeria needs a President who would ensure equitable distribution of political power, economic opportunities and government appointments.
The ADC Chieftain also criticised what he described as growing concerns over perceived regional and ethnic considerations in governance under President Bola Tinubu, saying that, Atiku would provide a more inclusive alternative.
His words: “Atiku would correct the inequitable distribution of power and economic lopsidedness. What we need is a President who would be fair to everybody, even in the area of appointments.
“We need an Atiku who would unify the country. We need a President who would be fair to everybody and give every part of Nigeria a sense of belonging.”
Imansuagbon further argued that Atiku is better prepared to lead the country, while criticising the economic policies of the President Tinubu administration.
He noted: “Almost four years now, we have seen the economic policies of the Tinubu administration, including the removal of subsidy, inflicting pains on Nigerians through higher costs and taxes, while some businesses are struggling to survive.”
The ADC Chieftain expressed concern over Nigeria’s infrastructure and electricity supply, calling for greater attention to roads, power and other critical sectors.
“The same government that promised to provide electricity, must be judged by its performance. We need a President who can fix the broken infrastructure across the country. Some of us today, find it extremely difficult to travel home. Where are the motorable roads?” he lamented.
On the argument that supporting a Northern Candidate could undermine power rotation between the North and South, Imansuagbon stated that national development should take priority over the region where a President comes from, especially since the 1999 Constitution never provided for rotation, but competence.
He said: “Is rotation in the Constitution? What we should be talking about is rotating hunger for food, poor Schools for good Schools and poor Healthcare for good Healthcare. I do not care where the President of Nigeria is from. What really matters is a President that can fix Nigeria.”

: BREAKING!!! President Bola Tinubu's Federal Government Exposed Again For Circulating Another "Fake/Forged" Letter With Countless Spelling And Grammatical Errors, Claiming To Be From The United States Of America Embassy In Nigeria; In A Desperate Attempt To Prove That The APC 2027 Presidential Candidate Is Not Locked In An Ongoing Major Legal Battle In A USA District Court, As Judge Gets Ready To Deliver A Historic Judgement
A Senior Government Advisor and Consultant, based in Washington DC, United States of America, USA, Dr. Karl Von Batten, has released "Four Power Questions" for Nigerians and Journalists to direct to the USA Embassy, in Abuja, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI.
In a statement issued via X, on Monday morning, Dr. Batten said that the questions followed the Nigerian Presidency, through Ambassador Reno Omokri, asking Nigerians and Journalists worldwide to contact the USA Embassy and FBI, about a purported Embassy letter that states that President Bola Tinubu has no criminal record in the USA, amid his ongoing legal dispute in a US District Court.
Dr. Batten said exactly: "The Nigerian Presidency (), through Ambassador , wants Nigerians and Journalists around the world to contact the U.S. Embassy and the about the purported Embassy letter. We think this is a great idea.
"To all Nigerians and Reporters following the Nigerian Presidency’s suggestion, here are questions we think you should ask and to get to the truth:
"The four questions are:
"(1) "Did Michael H. Bonner, after his retirement from the U.S. government, work as a Consultant/Adviser for the Nigerian government () under President Bola Tinubu ()? If so, is it commonplace for an Embassy Official involved in responding to a criminal-records inquiry concerning Bola to later work as a Consultant for the same Bola Tinubu administration?"
"(2) "Was the Embassy letter being circulated by the Nigerian Presidency as proof that President was never criminally investigated by the or officially approved by the U.S. Embassy? Does the Embassy stand behind the Nigerian Presidency’s interpretation of that letter, and why does the document contain numerous spelling and grammatical errors?"
"(3) "Does the letter actually establish that President Bola was never investigated by the FBI or DEA, or does it merely state that an FBI/NCIC records check returned no criminal arrest records, wants, or warrants? How should that letter be reconciled with subsequent Federal Court records concerning FBI investigative records related to Bola Tinubu?"
"(4) "Would a NCIC records check disclose the existence of an investigation that did not result in an NCIC arrest, wanted-person, or warrant entry?""
Recall, that the four questions follow the Presidency’s circulation of a letter it says clears President Bola Tinubu of a 1990s USA drug case.
Nigerians argue that the letter only confirms no arrest records, and does not address whether investigations occurred.

: JUBILATION!!! Atiku Abubakar Moves To End The Extreme Poverty Under President Bola Tinubu; Declares That Under His 2027 Presidency, Support For Vulnerable Nigerians Will Be A Permanent National Responsibility, Ending The Era Of Temporary Reliefs To Support Ordinary Nigerians; Says His Federal Government Will Place Nigerians At The Centre Of National Development, By Enacting A Social Protection Act, That Guarantees Access To Safety Nets, Pensions And Social Insurance For The People Of Nigeria All Year Long
The African Democratic Congress, ADC, led by its 2027 Presidential Candidate, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has pledged to place Nigerians at the centre of national development and guaranteed dignified livelihoods, instead of temporary “survival handouts” of not up to a N3,000 pay day.
"Atiku Is For The People" global movement extracted this Pledge from the ADC 2027 Policy Document, a few hours after Ambassador Reno Omokri stated on Channels Television’s Politics Today, that “₦3,000 daily is enough for the average Nigerian”.
For many Nigerians, that figure does not match their current realities. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, NBS, headline inflation stood at 22.22 percent as at June 2026, while food inflation was 21.97 percent.
According to the ADC Policy Document on HUMAN CAPITAL & SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, the Atiku Presidency will place Nigerians at the centre of national development, by enacting a Social Protection Act that guarantees access to safety nets, pensions and social insurance, making support for vulnerable Nigerians a permanent national responsibility, and no longer a temporary programme.
The Atiku Presidency will also implement targeted subsidies linked to Education, Healthcare and livelihood support, to help families move out of poverty; committing to decentralise human capital and social protection programmes to State and Local Governments, for faster delivery.
To achieve this, Atiku Plans to conduct a credible National Census and build reliable Social Registries; and also use data-driven systems, to ensure that the Social programmes reach those who truly need them.
The contrast with the current data is stark under President Bola Tinubu. The new ₦70,000 national minimum wage signed into Law, in July 2024, translates to ₦2,333 daily for a 30-day month. Most Nigerians call it "urgent 2k". That is already below the ₦3,000 benchmark mentioned on television by Omokri. Using 31 days, ₦3,000 equals ₦93,000 monthly, ₦23,000 higher than the minimum wage. The NBS Multi-Dimensional Poverty Index 2022, showed that 133 million Nigerians are multi-dimensional poor.
“This is not about ₦3,000 daily survival”, an ADC Policy Aide stated.
“This is about jobs, skills, healthcare and dignity. A government that respects its people does not tell them to manage poverty. It creates pathways out of it”, he added.
A Youth Leader in Kano, Comrade Sani, said: “We do not want daily bread politics. We want jobs that pay, Hospitals that work, and Schools our children can afford. That is what Atiku's Presidency Policy is promising.”
With food prices up by over 70 percent in two years, and 133 million Nigerians already in poverty, according to the NBS, the Atiku/ADC Human Capital Plan is generating wide discussions, as many say it answers the question Omokri's ₦3,000 comment failed to address: How to build a Nigeria where no citizen is reduced to daily survival.

: BREAKING!!! All Eyes On INEC Chairman, Massive Rigging Of The 2027 Presidential Election May Have Begun In Broad Daylight With No Interruption; As University Vice Chancellor Who May Likely Serve As A Returning Officer In The 2027 Presidential Election, Mobilises 600 Lecturers From Federal And State Universities In A Rally Endorsement For President Bola Tinubu
The 2027 Presidential election has taken a controversial turn, after a Senior Academic likely to serve as an Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Returning Officer, led more than 600 Lecturers to endorse President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term in Office.
The Kaduna State University Vice Chancellor, Professor Abdullahi Ibrahim Musa, who heads the Forum, announced that Lecturers from Federal and State Universities across Northern Nigeria, resolved to mobilise intellectual and community support for the President, ahead of 2027.
The real concern however, is who Prof. Musa is. As Vice Chancellor, he falls within the exact pool INEC appoints as Returning Officers for Presidential and Governorship elections. Returning Officers announce the final results at State Collation Centres and certify results after elections. Nigerians are now asking how someone likely to hold that role can remain neutral, after publicly endorsing a Candidate 18 months to the election.
This is not new. In 2021, a High Court in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State, sentenced a Returning Officer, Prof. Peter Ogban, of the University of Uyo/University of Calabar, to 36 months imprisonment, for manipulating and falsifying election results in Oruk Anam and Etim Ekpo, during the 2019 National Assembly elections. He was also fined N100,000.
These cases are exactly what the African Democratic Congress, ADC, 2027 Presidential Candidate, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, says must be fixed through structural reform. His solution comes amid the endorsement. In his 2027 Policy Blueprint, Atiku proposes to: "Reform the appointment of Electoral Officials. Remove direct executive control over the appointment of Electoral Officers, to strengthen the independence, credibility, and public trust in Nigeria’s elections".
His proposal has two key steps. First, create an independent, multi-Stakeholder selection process, involving the Judiciary, Civil Society and professional bodies, to nominate and appoint the INEC Chairman and key INEC Officials, instead of leaving it solely to the President. Second, provide secure tenure to protect appointed Officials from political pressure or arbitrary removal.
Atiku maintains that executive control over who becomes INEC Chairman, Commissioners and Returning Officers, creates both real and perceived bias that undermines trust in election outcomes.
For years, Nigerian Universities have supplied INEC with Academics, because they were seen as independent. If that same pool is now openly aligned with the incumbent, it feeds the perception that the 2027 elections may be tilted before voting even begins. With Atiku’s proposal back in public debate, this endorsement by a Vice Chancellor of President Tinubu, is being cited as proof that Nigeria must remove executive control from Electoral appointments.

: BREAKING!!! Atiku Abubakar Unveils A Master Plan That Will Protect Nigerian Workers From Becoming Jobless, As Artificial Intelligence (AI) Takes Over The Job Market Globally; Under The Atiku 2027 Presidency, Workers, Youths, Entrepreneurs, Civil Servants, Artisans And Small Business Owners, Will Be Supported To Acquire The Digital, Technical And Future-Ready Skills, Required To Be Successful In An Economy Increasingly Shaped By Artificial Intelligence, Before Workers Begin To Lose Their Livelihoods In Large Numbers
The African Democratic Congress, ADC, led by its 2027 Presidential Candidate, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has pledged to recognise Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven job disruption, as a National Economic and Labour Priority, while launching large-scale Reskilling and Upskilling programmes for Nigerians.
This is according to the ADC 2027 Policy Document.
Under the Atiku 2027 Presidency, Nigerian workers, young people, Entrepreneurs, Civil Servants, Artisans and Small Business Owners, will be supported to acquire the digital, technical and future-ready skills required in an economy increasingly shaped by Artificial Intelligence.
The Proposal recognises that Artificial Intelligence is changing the nature of work across the world. AI tools are increasingly being used in Customer Service, Administration, Banking, Media, Logistics, Education, Agriculture, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Software Development and Business Management.
For many Nigerians, the rise of AI is not simply a technology story. It is a question of jobs, income, opportunity and economic security.
The Atiku Presidency will ensure that Nigeria prepares for AI-driven changes, before workers begin to lose their livelihoods in large numbers.
Rather than waiting for job disruption to become a national crisis, the Atiku 2027 Presidency will invest in people, skills and Institutions, that can help Nigerians adapt to a changing economy.
The Atiku Abubakar Federal Government proposes great support for Nigerian workers in several ways.
First, it will recognize AI-related job disruption as a major National Labour issue. The Federal Government will monitor the sectors, occupations and communities, most likely to be affected by automation, digital systems and AI-enabled workplace changes.
Second, it will launch large-scale reskilling and upskilling programmes focused on digital, technical and future-ready skills. Nigerians will be equipped with practical knowledge in digital literacy, Artificial Intelligence, data analysis, cybersecurity, software development, cloud computing, e-commerce, digital marketing, technical trades and modern workplace tools.
Third, it will ensure that AI training is not reserved only for University Graduates or workers in major cities. Artisans, Farmers, Traders, women, young people, persons with disabilities, informal-sector workers and rural communities, will be included in the national skills programme.
Fourth, the Atiku 2027 Presidency will link training to real employment opportunities. Skills programmes will be developed in partnership with employers, Universities, Technical Colleges, Labour Unions, Technology Companies and Industry Associations, so that Nigerians are trained for jobs that actually exist and businesses that can be built.
It will also promote apprenticeships, internships, workplace placements, recognised professional certificates and support for young Nigerians, who want to build digital businesses and technology-enabled enterprises.
Finally, the Atiku Presidency will help Nigeria move from being a consumer of foreign technology, to becoming a country that creates digital solutions, builds skilled talent and competes in the global knowledge economy.
The world is already responding to the impact of AI on jobs, by expanding workforce planning, digital education, short-term technical training and Employer-led skills programmes. Nigeria must not be left behind in this global transition.
AI will not affect every job in the same way. In many sectors, it may first change tasks, rather than completely eliminate occupations. However, even when jobs are not entirely replaced, workers may be left behind, if they lack the skills needed to work with new technologies.
The ADC proposal therefore seeks to make Nigeria proactive, rather than reactive.

: BREAKING!!! APC Federal Government Forces Nigerian Media Outlets To Quickly Delete Announcement Of President Bola Tinubu's Secret Lobbied Mining Deal With The United States Of America Federal Government, To Permanently Block The Release Of His Controversial FBI Records, Ahead Of The 2027 Presidential Election, After Classified Intelligence Report Revealed That The Deal Has Not Been Accepted By President Donald J. Trump
A proposed United States of America, USA-Nigeria Mining Deal billed for signing at the ongoing United Nations General Assembly, UNGA, has been thrown into uncertainty, after the Nigerian Presidency deleted its official announcement and the President Donald J. Trump administration announced a review of the Agreement.
The President Bola Tinubu administration had earlier published a news report on the planned signing of the Mining deal, at the United Nations General Assembly. That report has now been deleted across all mainstream Nigerian news platforms.
Sources very familiar with the matter, stated that the President Trump administration is currently reviewing the proposed signing of the Agreement, which they believe could bring into question the integrity of the United States and President Trump, but has not approved it for official signing.
According to the Intelligence reports: "Individuals associated with the Nigerian Presidency have been privately boasting that they have 'settled (paid-off) the Americans', that Nigerian President Tinubu's records concerning he**in-trafficking allegations will not be released, and that President Tinubu will meet with President Trump at the UN General Assembly."
The Authors of the report stressed that: "We have not independently verified the 'settled the Americans' statements, and do not present them as fact."
The concern raised by those monitoring the deal, is not about a U.S.-Nigeria minerals Agreement itself, but the timing.
The source noted: "We support a U.S.-Nigeria minerals agreement that advances American interests", the statement said.
"Our concern is the timing and appearance of any signing at UNGA, while these claims are circulating, and the FBI and records remain the subject of Federal litigation.
"A legitimate economic Agreement should not be allowed to create the appearance that economic concessions are connected to access to President Trump or the disposition of U.S. law-enforcement records."
Recall, that the Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI, records in question relate to a 1993 forfeiture case in the United States. According to US Court documents, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was investigated in connection with funds in Bank Accounts linked to a he**in trafficking ring, in Chicago, USA.
In July 1993, President Tinubu agreed to forfeit $460,000 to the US government, in a settlement at the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
The records are currently the subject of a Freedom of Information Act, FOIA, lawsuit filed by American Transparency Advocate, Aaron Greenspan.
