I want to speak to the fathers right now — to the fathers in pain. I don’t have some great secret to parenting. I’ve read the books. I’ve worked with Dr. James Dobson. I’ve tried to break the cycle I came from, and by God’s grace and power I have. I’ve loved my wife, never cheated on her, never abandoned or abused my kids. I’ve sacrificed, provided, protected. I never used my past as an excuse — and I didn’t repeat it. Best I could, I loved my children, yet we still had problems. But in America today — even in Christian homes — I’ve seen something disturbing in our culture, and it seems to be getting worse not better over the years. ⚠️ Kids cussing out their parents ⚠️ Teens bringing in partners to sleep with under their parents’ roof ⚠️ Boundaries mocked ⚠️ Dads silenced ⚠️ Moms enabling ⚠️ Daughters dancing like the one who helped kill John the Baptist ⚠️ Sons drowning in lust and addiction And through it all, dads are told to stay quiet. Keep the relationship. Be “nice.” 📖 The Bible says: “Honor your father and mother.” Not because they’re perfect — but because God commands it. This isn’t about abusive parents. I know that pain. This is about faithful parents — imperfect, but committed — being spit on by the very ones they raised with love. To adult children who think you have all the answers: Your parenting record will speak for itself one day. To fathers in pain: You’re not crazy. You’re not alone. You’re not done. The heartbreak is real. But we don’t quit. We don’t retreat. We don’t bow to this culture. Godly fathers are rising. And the fight for our families is far from over. 13/11/2025
