Picture highlights from our project site in Keetmanshoop- Brukharos Proper: It is encouraging to witness beneficiaries actively participating in the construction of their own homes. Moments like these remind us of the importance of having a secure place to call home, as it creates hope, stability, dignity and better opportunities for individuals and families. DWN is also pleased to see beneficiaries making use of our affordable building plans available for anyone interested in beginning permanent house construction. Together, we remain committed to building sustainable, inclusive and resilient communities for all.

On April 1, 2026, we marked a major milestone with the official site handover for bulk infrastructure servicing in Kashenda Township.
This transformative project brings electrical works, modern sewer systems, and a vital gravel access road improving lives and connectivity for the entire community.
Big milestone for Opuwo: Site Handover DONE! 🏗️
Thrilled to share: On March 31st, we officially handed over the site in Opuwo for the towns infrastructure upgrades on DWN Extension!
✅ Bulk electricity servicing, including mini substations
✅ Bulk water pipeline for Otuzemba Extension 3
✅ Gravelling of main access roads
CC has been appointed as the contractor for this project
