He confirms that the Fund is actively working with our service providers to resolve outstanding cases and stabilise service delivery.
NHP remains committed to ensuring members can access the healthcare they need including from the providers they prefer.

Paying upfront can be stressful and NHP is here to support you. If you paid a provider directly, submit your claim for processing and where a refund is due, it will be handled in line with Fund Rules ๐ฉต
