Ride the Ridges

Unlike anything else you have ever ridden in this beautiful country of Namibia, this event brought to you by PSG and Capricorn Group promises to tick all the boxes. Set in and around our capital for a full weekend of sweet trail riding, we promise to give you the very best our trail network has to offer. The cherry on the cake is access to private land, which means hereto unexplored koppies, riverbeds and game trails. Our vision is to offer a world-class event right on your doorstep. Normally stage racing means camping and traveling, which costs money. Not this one (for Windhoek based riders). Spend every night in the comfort of your own bed and get a good night's sleep as you dream about the sweeping downhills and gnarly uphills you rode that day. The start and finish of every stage is at Heja Lodge, which is a hop, skip and jump for most. No 03:00 wake up calls and service station coffee plus a long drive to get your day started. For the riders who are not Windhoek based, the huge variety of local accommodation has something for all tastes and budgets. Daily start times will allow for a coffee and rusk from our sponsors to top up the gas tank before you head out for the day. Route distances also allow enough time for your finisher's meals at Heja, which are all part of the rider package. Let's talk about the riding and the vibe. Yes, it says stage race. Maybe it should say ride. We don't think it matters. Ride it or race it, whatever works for you. We just want you to make memories with friends. Maybe you need to go fast, maybe you need to cruise. PSG Ride the Ridges sees that we are all different but we all love riding our bikes, so you get to ride the way you want while filling your memory banks with stoke and good vibes. It’s an individual event but you can form a ride crew on the start of each day and shred at a pace that is comfy for you.
