Last up: the internal and external Staircase! 🪜

A lot has happened in the last month! 💪 All First Floor Brickwork walls are up and we are busy shuttering the Ring Beam! Everything is coming along smoothly 🏠🙂

The first floor reinforcement arrangement is as good as done and we are looking forward to casting concrete next week! 🙂🙃

With the Groundfloor Brickwork all done 💪 we can now start with the shuttering and reinforcement for the Down Stand Beams.

FEC was appointed as Structural Engineer for a private home on a property outside of Windhoek. 🏠
With the Bulk-Earthworks and the excavation of the foundations done, next up laying of reinforcement and casting of foundation concrete.

We are making great process at the Industrial Property in Northern Industrial Area. 💪

Great news from the Finkenstein Manor Site 🎉 the ringbeams have been cast and the contractors are currently busy installing the roof structure! 💪

Things are going smoothly on our Finkenstein Manor site! 🤩
Concrete Floors received their saw-cut-joints and all load-bearing walls are up to ringbeam height.
Always exciting when the walls come up, and one gets the feel for the house and rooms!🏠🎉

A quick update from our site at Finkenstein Manor ☝️:
Joint Tex, Ant/Termite Poisoning, Bottom Layer PVC, Isolation Board and Top Layer PVC have been installed and the concrete floor was cast today 💪🤩
