IntraHealth Namibia
IntraHealth Namibia (IHN) is a public health not-for-profit organisation.
Our people are our greatest asset,đź’Ş and this truth was demonstrated yesterday as the Namibia Medical Care (NMC) team visited our head office in Windhoek to conduct a series of health screenings and offer personalised guidance and support to our IHN team.
A healthy team creates lasting impact. When we invest in wellness, we invest in our people.
We extend our gratitude to the Namibia Medical Care - NMC for taking time to see our team and the IHN Wellness Committee for coordinating this initiative.

Katutura Youth Enterprise Centre (KAYEC) Wellness Day wasn't just an event, it was a mission in action. Students, families, and community members came together for HIV testing, screenings, STI & family planning treatment, real health education and more health services.
The turnout showed evidence of the importance of community-based service delivery.
Shoutout to our incredible partners: MoHSS, Walvis Bay Corridor Group, Rights Not Rescue Trust & the OSAAT Africa Health Foundation for making this happen.
This is what community-driven healthcare looks like. A healthier Namibia starts with informed and empowered people.

Today we celebrate the women who power the work of IntraHealth Namibia. đź’™
Across teams, communities, and regions, women in our organisation bring care, dedication, and expertise to improving health across Namibia. Their work supports communities, strengthens services, and helps ensure that more people can access the care they need.
This collage features just a few of the incredible women behind our work. Many more across IntraHealth Namibia continue to make a difference every day.
On International Women’s Day, we celebrate all women; mothers, daughters, sisters, mentors, colleagues, and friends, whose strength and care uplift families and communities across Namibia.

At IntraHealth Namibia, we see every day how acts of giving contribute to stronger health systems and healthier communities.
Across Namibia, women bring knowledge, compassion, and leadership to strengthening healthcare and social services. From health professionals delivering essential care to community advocates supporting women and girls, their efforts help expand access to quality health services and foster more resilient communities.
The impact extends far beyond a single moment, strengthening health systems, supporting families, and shaping a healthier future for Namibia.
