Ohangwena FLAME Coalition has established Okongo FLAME Sub-zone on the 11th Nov. 2025. For the purpose of Advocacy work by faith leaders, able to reach out to the areas around Okongo areas to support the Health District team when conducting acceleration malaria elimination activities.

Kavango East FLAME and METF (MoHSS) Coalitions hosted a Breakfast Business Community Meeting on 21 November, through the Regional Governors to call on Business Man and Woman, along with the Learning Institutions to be part of the Malaria Elimination

FLAME Kavango West Chairperson and the his Secretary had an engagement meeting with the Heath Director of the region, where FLAME requested to be part of the meetings related to malaria as well as the full participation of faith leaders in their response activities.The director assured good collaboration with FLAME and thanking FLAME for support given in the previous years.
