Sometimes in life, we just have to ask — because if we don’t, we might never know what could’ve been possible.

I’ve always had a deep love for writing music. Over the years, I’ve written many songs, and I already have 10 Afrikaans and 6 English songs ready to be released — besides the 6 songs I’ve already released over the past few years. Every one of those releases was made possible through hard work, sacrifice, and funding myself, with help from my musical friends of course. But the truth is, it’s become too expensive to keep doing it alone.

So I’m setting my ego aside and asking for a sponsorship of some sort.

I have so many songs ready to record and share — but without help, they’ll stay unreleased. Recording, producing, promoting… it’s costly, and I can’t do it alone anymore.

Namibians often talk about supporting local talent — and this is maybe a chance. I want to represent Namibia proudly, without having to leave for South Africa like so many artists have had to. We have amazing producers and talent right here, and I truly believe we can do it from home.

I think every musician can relate to how easy it is to lose your passion when it becomes about survival instead of creativity. It’s draining. I just want one more chance to be creative, to give it everything.

Wat ’n ongelooflike voorreg om by Liefde By Die Nam te kon optree – ek is met my hele hart dankbaar vir hierdie ervaring. ❤️🩷🤍💙

Die reis as musikant is NIE maklik nie. Dit vra opoffering, en ’n baie diep liefde vir wat jy doen. Daar is tye van harde kritiek, en van twyfel – maar ook baie oomblikke van vreugde en konneksie. Dit is in daardie oomblikke (soos gister) wat ek besef: ek is op die regte pad.

Aan my band – DANKIE!!! Julle is nie net briljante musikante nie, julle is ongelooflike mense. Sonder julle sou hierdie optrede nie gebeur het nie.

Musiek is nie ń “one man show” nie. Ek as sanger is is net een klein deel van die groter prentjie. Om deel te wees van ’n band is ’n EER.

Hierdie was net die begin. Ek glo met alles in my dat daar nog baie spesiale dinge voorlê. Dankie aan almal wat saam met my droom – en dankie aan God, vir alles.
