Last week we landed a very prominent client and offered our services for 5 days 🥹
We had 170 guests on the list for the the 5 days and it was an amazing experience working with them🇳🇦🇩🇪

🥈Second place finish for a first timer with no practice and coming 30 mins late for the competition is not bad but it shows how experience actually plays a very big role in the life of a chef.🙌🏾 I am very grateful to chef Ralf Herrgott ,for the earlier impact during my first year, chef Elizabeth Isaai for always being by my side even through various achievements 🥉😘 I dedicate this medal to the late Barbara as she had always believed in me and I know for sure if she was here she would be really happy🥹🥹 To my lovely friends and Okahandja this one is for you, home boy is back 🇳🇦🇳🇦🔥

Egg fried rice with spinach 🥚🥬
This is a lacto-ovo dish that is very simple and quick to make. What’s very simple about this dish is that you use boiled eggs and you don’t have to be there scrambling when you’re very hungry and in a rush🤭With fried rice, the older the rice, the better it fries and for the button spice you can use your any of your favorite spice 🖤🤍❤️🇳🇦
2 eggs 🥚 🥚
Few splashes of Worcestershire sauce💦
1 cup overnight rice 🍚
3-4 spinach leaves🥬
Button spice ⚫️⚪️🔴
Salt🧂
1/2 small onion(cubed)🧅
Oil💧
In a hot pan sauté the onions till soft,add your rice and fry till slightly crispy.Add your spice, Worcestershire sauce, spinach and chopped up eggs,continue frying till the spinach is wilted and bright green.Adjust your seasoning and serve🍚🤤😋😋
