OPPORTUNITY: GENERAL MANAGER

The General Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the company, he/she will be expected to improve the efficiency and increase profits while controlling costs. The Managing Director's duties include: managing staff, overseeing the budget, employing marketing strategies, business development and many other facets of the business.

Candidates must have a Degree in Business Management or a Masters in Business Administration with a hands on experience in brand strategy, brand management and communication strategy development; or
Candidates must have a Degree in commerce with an Honors in Marketing or studied Brand Management;
Minimum of 2-5 years' practical experience;
The candidate must have experience in leading teams and managing people or a business;
Proven track record;
Critical thinking abilities, Project management, Productivity management, Business development, Strategic thinking.

We are looking for a new Client Services Superstar!

As Client Services Officer, you will serve as a liaison between our clients and our agency. You will work with our agency and partners to monitor and ensure that we are meeting the requirements and success goals of the projects. Creatively and strategically drive improvements to meet or exceed client success goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Marketing or a related field,
- Three+ years of relevant experience,
- Demonstrated ability to grow customer and partner relationships,
- Excellent written and oral communications skills,
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook,
- Create, present and manage strategic briefs,
- Ability to learn multiple system applications with minimal direction,
- Superior time and task management skills,
- Enjoy working in a highly interactive and collaborative team environment,
- Ability to pass a background check,
- Trustworthy, reliable and accurate – attention to detail.
