So watch the sunrise off the Indian Ocean and set on the Inkomazi river both beautiful and unique. Each stand is 1200 m2 with 30 metres of dedicated beachfront. We have gone for a Cape Cod style of house; wooden framework with fibre cement cladding making it all very Eco friendly. All house designs have front and back decks with a very open plan style interior. We have electrified the Peninsula which was a huge challenge as well as expense for us ,but hugely satisfying to see it completed. One of our biggest endorsements is that our attorney Margarida is in the process of building herself a holiday home, phase 1 of the house is complete. Inhaca island is situated directly opposite the Peninsula so for the adventurous to shoot across with a jet bike or boat is not a problem. The local fisherman fish off the Peninsula every day and often you can pick your dinner from the comfort of your deck. Crayfish seems to be one of the favourite choices.
