Key Responsibilities:

1.Prepare and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.

4.Analyze work orders, drawings, and BOMs for accurate planning.

5.Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

JOB SCOPE

The Purchaser is responsible for sourcing and procuring raw materials, components, and services required for metal sheet manufacturing and fabrication operations. This role ensures timely availability of materials at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards and supporting production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

*Source and purchase raw materials (steel sheets, aluminum, hardware, consumables).

*Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.

*Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure on-time supply.

*Coordinate with planning and production teams to understand material requirements.

*Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstock.

*Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.

Qualifications & Skills:

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and develop potential clients in the metal manufacturing and fabrication industry.

• Promote company products and services, providing technical and commercial information as required.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients to close sales.

• Maintain and update records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.

Requirements & Qualifications
