Our school's 2nd participation in the MSSD Tuaran Chess Tournament, held from 7-9 April 2026, signifies a continued commitment to excellence in co-curricular development.

Beyond the competition itself, this experience cultivates critical thinking, patience & resilience amongst our students. Each match serves as a valuable lesson in strategic planning, wise decision making, & composure under pressure.

We look forward to seeing more students step forward in the future. Come to the tournament as one team, carrying the school's name with pride, unity & determination while respecting other school competitors.

Through consistent effort and discipline, every move on the chessboard becomes a meaningful step towards growth & achievement.

ACTIVITY NAME : Work, Earn & Spend
CLASS INVOLVED : Year 1 & Year 2

In this activity, students were given simple responsibilities such as helping their teachers, completing assigned tasks, and practicing good habits both in and out of the classroom.

Through these efforts, they earned play money as a reward for their hard work, discipline, and responsibility.

At a later time, teachers set up a mini market offering items such as stationery, toys, and snacks. Students then used the play money they had earned to make choices, manage their spending, and experience the value of effort before reward.

This activity was designed to help students understand that rewards are not given freely, but are the result of responsibility, effort, and good character.

Beyond learning about money, students developed important life skills such as decision-making, self-control, patience, and appreciation for hard work.

Work, Earn & Spend is more than just a fun activity. It is a meaningful lesson in values, responsibility, and real-life learning, planted in young hearts for a better future. ✨
