Handyman In KL

Hello everyone.. We are back on our posting.. There is a call from the toddlers nursery in Mont Kiara saying that they keep facing the same problem with their aircond.. After a week of servicing and adding gas the temperature keep going lower day by day and ended up not cold at all, so we send our team to check.. After a long time of inspection we got to know that the cooper pipe leak that causing the gas to run off.. But as usual, let us do the thinking.. We changed the piping & now the aircond is cold as new.. Thanks to our friendly customer for waiting patiently till the work is done and thanks to our handyman team for a good job..

Hi we are back after a long break.. Posting back after long time.. Just installed a water heater unit and changed a valve in the water tank.. Great feeling and the job done well..

This toilet pipe leaking for a very long time makes the water goes deep under the ground but no one knows untill we came for servicing their Aircond & saw a drain cracked into 2 parts.. Then after doing our job we started to investigate the cause of the crack on the drain.. After 2 days of investigation we found a lot of water has made a big hole under the house.. Then the 3rd day we dig a hole to see if the nearest pipe has puncture or cracked because its an old house roughly built in 60s or 70s & they will definitely use the metal GI pipe.. This is some pictures showing the problem we had & how we manage to fix it.. From investigating problem to hacking the concrete floor, fixing it back to tiling it completely.. Work done within 4 days.. Thanks to the owner very flexible with our work so we decided to save his cost & time by replacing UPVC pipe instead of metal GI pipe which cost more & takes more time..

This cabinet was damaged by water of some tenants rented here.. The owner was having trouble with the house renovation.. We got her an idea of not changing the whole cabinets & top.. We only demolish the rotten part & made a new one by using our handy skills.. These pictures shows how we do the work step by step without changing the original size of the cabinet.. Its a though work but worth doing it as we gained more experience doing it..

Here is some pictures of how we replace from 1.5hp Aircond to a 2.0hp Aircond without breaking/hacking the wall to change pipes.. Most of the contractors will replace the pipes that will cost a lot but Handyman In KL, we do a clean work that can save our customers time & cash.. This is what we do rather than replacing the whole pipe, we weld a new pipe at the end of the pipe where gas comes in & goes out.. The pressure of the gas is always high on the end sides.. This is one of what we learned after long time dealing with air conditioning units.. We got this customer very friendly makes our work smooth & fast.. Great day good job
