I’m a hobby knifemaker. Started as a hobby but is now an obsession. Focus on chef knives and folding knives. Trending more towards utility and edc.
I make custom knives to order or batch runs of handmade designs. I take special orders for re handling or customizing production knives. My lead time is 4 weeks from order date. At the moment my main steel is O1 tool steel and 15n20/1095 damascus. Every knife I make is a learning process from which I can only improve. I love what I do and i am passionate about finishing a quality product.

MK2 FTE in Damasteel.

For all my clients that have been waiting patiently. I’ll be getting back to production slowly. Not taking any custom orders yet. This is a batch of Mk2 M398 blades heat treated over the weekend.

We have a new toy in the workshop. Locally built by my talented friend Uzair. 20T forge press. Hope to make some really nice Damascus soon.

Progress shots. All bits machined. Screws to length. Locking set. Detent set. Now finishing.

FTE MK1 damasteel hugin blade. Silver flake CF inserts. Still some work to do.

Damn. Wasn’t expecting that result on CPMD2. Tested both blades and both gave the same reading. 66 HRC. In the oven now to temper down to 62 hrc.

4 FTE MK1 ready for its owners.
Making some soft jaws today for the .workholding vise. This is to hold thinner materials for facing and engraving patterns etc. the Syil X7-20 is a beast.

Getting back into it. Increase my production significantly. Titanium liners and scales done. Now backspacers and clips. Last blades. Then heat treat and assembly.
