Awaiting for the driver to start my journey to KLIA... A short well earned getaway to KRABI in a long time... The last trip international trip was last year November to China..
Gonna miss the wifey and the kids..

Nothing beats roasted vegetables for a meal and Air Fried Roasted aint too bad either...
Air roasting left over fresh vegetables may not be such a bad choice, heck, it could possibly be the best choice ever to clear out the fridge...

I have decided to put a finer touch to the breakfast this morning, canapé style...
Decided to try out Egg Salad on Weet-Bix...
Seasoned the mashed eggs with salt, pepper, Mayo and Dijon mustard, applied it on weet-bix and topped it off with some fresh berries...
It was nice but may be a bit dry for some...
Note to self: filling needs to be more moist and weet-bix needed to be thinner (sliced half horizontally)...

A Simple Breakfast today comprising of a Yin-Yang Sandwich... Tuna Shallots Mayo and Double Egg Mayo...
Nothing too fancy as it was one of those rush mornings...

One of the things I'm trying out is konjac jelly, in replacement of the usual rice or wheat based noodles to kinda reduce carbs from my life as i WAS after all a carb addict...
This here is a tossed konjac jelly rice with mixed vege and shredded roasted chicken, kinda like fried rice...
Ingredients includes, black pepper roasted chicken, brocoli, tomatoes, black olives, cucumber, garlic & shallots...
To my surprise, it is actually quite filling for an individual pack despite my usual large portioning... Who knows, either my portioning has been successfully reduced or konjac jelly is just as filling...
