𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 - 𝐔𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 ‼️
Position: Building Execuitve
Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Knowledge in Strata Management Act 757.
- Min 3-4 years experience in property Management is advantage.
- Able to prepare monthly reports, defect reports related checklist and presentations.
- Able to prepare minutes and reports for meeting.
- To ensure all licenses or contract required by the law or related Act to be renewed on time.
- To prepare, coordinate and compile all required documents and report for Council Meeting, AGM and EGM.
- To implement debt recovery action deem fit against any defaulters.
- Responsible for the day to day of the coordinate with operation team.
- Good communication and interpersonl skill, Letter/ Memo Writing, Presentations & etc.
- Able to work with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Possess strong leadership, self-driven, and ablility to work well in a team.
- To monitor the billings and collections of the maintenance charges and sinking fund.
