Our year 2023’s key project is located on a 30 acres land at Gopeng Perak, a leisure development project that involves agrotourism, which known as Vanilla Farm Resort.

Vanilla as the world’s most favourite flavour, its price has been remaining high at around RM2700 because of its unique scent, versatility, yet complicated farming process. Vanilla global market size reaches RM9.9billions at year 2021, and is expected to reach RM15.3billions at year 2030 with CAGR of 5.39%.

Since the global food giants announced to eliminate the usage of artificial flavours in their products, pressure on the shortage of vanilla supply is like a never ending issue, meaning more room of supply awaiting to fill.

Malaysia is located on the equator, outside of the Pacific volcanic belt with conducive weather and environment, make it one of the best location to grow vanilla. Not much aware that our neighbouring country Indonesia is the second large vanilla producer in the world, and Malaysia definitely has great potential to come after with better prerequisites.

After our 11 acres project at Senai Johor, now we officially launch the next 30 acres at Gopeng Perak, a leisure development project that involves agrotourism, which known as Vanilla Farm Resort.
