“I've always wanted to try yoga... but I'm afraid I'm not flexible enough.”

When the chest opens, the spine lengthens, and the hip flexors release, the body can move forward naturally instead of forcing itself into a fold.

你会开始明白: 原来身体不是硬, 而是没有正确启动。

而是学习打开胸腔、 建立脊椎空间、 发展力量与呼吸。
透过辅助工具与精准动作, 你会感受到—— 后弯可以是轻盈的, 而不是压迫的。
☀️ 203|核心前屈系列 真正的核心, 不是腹肌而已。
而是身体深层稳定、 呼吸控制、 骨盆与脊柱之间的整合能力。

🕊 204|倒立前屈系列 倒立, 不是炫技。
而是一种专注、 稳定、 方向感与内在平静的练习。
